Welcome to 1 Cassina Lane! This classic Hilton Head beach cottage is just a few steps away from the ocean! Enjoy your time in Hilton Head with your family in this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom ranch style home.

Entering the home, you walk through a screened in Carolina room which leads into the home. The Carolina room is a great space to kick off the sand after a long beach day or to sip some sweet tea! Through the Carolina room is the fully stocked kitchen and a dining room. This home features a master bedroom with a king size bed with private bathroom and shower, a guest room with 2 queen size beds including a private bathroom with shower, and a guest bedroom with full bed and bunk beds. There is a third bathroom off the hall that also contains the washer and dryer.

Centered in the home, the living room has plenty of seating around the home’s large flat screen smart TV. The living room connects to the dining room with seating for 6 and a breakfast island with seating for 4. There is an additional dining area outside at a table with seating for 4 next to the gas grill. Also outside, there is an outdoor shower with instant hot water, just like the rest of the home. The beach is just down the road, only a 2-minute walk from having sand in your toes. Enjoy all Hilton Head has to offer while staying in Classic 1 Cassina Lane.

The perfect getaway

What a great place to stay. Less than a quarter mile walk to the beach with plenty of beach towels and beach chairs. The house was well stocked for cooking which we did most every day. AC was strong, everything worked great and the place was spotless clean. The beach was not crowded at all and a beautiful place to enjoy the sun and waves. 10/10 is our review and we’d love to come back!

Perfect spot!

We had 4 adults and 2 kids but could have had 2 more kids/adults and still would have had plenty of room. Property is slightly dated and could use to be upgraded BUT it’s clean and an excellent location. Maybe a 3 min walk to the beach. Would rent again.

Fall Break

Very nice place, quiet and easy walk to beach. We biked everywhere needed to go. Very close to shops and restaurants. Home is older but layout worked for our family just fine. Beach toys, chairs and towels provided were helpful.

Home away from Home

We enjoyed your home! We cook a lot of meals and the kitchen was well supplied. It was clean and near beach. Only one change needed; advertised as having two queen beds in the first bedroom, but it is two double beds. It was okay, just pointing out. We’ll be back next year.

Great week, perfect property. Spent most of our time at beach which felt private only a couple houses from access point. Plenty of gear in kitchen for cooking out and in , towels , etc. All we needed to feel at home and welcomed the strong AC system:)! Will stay again and refer the property.

Wonderful time!

We had such a great time! Love the house. It's close to everything and just steps from the beach. I was a little worried that it was so close to the main road but I actually ended up enjoying that part - proved to be even less driving. The kitchen was so well stocked - we've never stayed anywhere that had everything we needed and then some. Thank so much for calling and checking in on us.

Perfect for family with teens!

This property was perfect for our family! The amount of space, location and easy walk to the beach was a win for us. Everyone had their own space, we had a great common area and the kitchen and utilities were very well stocked. The only thing I couldn’t locate was a pizza cutter and I likely overlooked it. We will definitely book this location again in the future.

Amazing house!!!

This home had everything and more! The kitchen was fully stocked. It was just a quick walk to the beach. There was plenty of space and beds for 6 adults, 1 child and 1 toddler. Just wish the beds were a bit more comfortable. We will definitely want to book this home on our next trip!

Excellent Family Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation stay at this property! Excellent location, very close to Coligny Plaza, Sea Pines, and a short walk to the beach! We were a group of friends with 3 young children and this house was perfect for us! I definitely recommend staying here for families or groups of friends!

House perfect for 2 families

The location is great, short walk to beach. Bike path is right across the street. Close to Coligny Park, many restaurants and stores. House clean and very comfortable.

Great location to the beach! A walk away!

We went for a family vacation we stayed separate from the kids and grandkids. The house is “homey” when we wanted to get some quiet without kids it was perfect! The house was clean we had everything we needed! (Maybe a. Rick pot would be a great addition and some updated games) but that would be it! Just felt like home to us.

Property managers were excellent! The home itself could use some love. It is dated. That being said, we all fit beautifully. It was clean . We enjoyed the grill 2 nights. They were fully stocked with beach towels,toilet paper etc. so there was no need for us to spend extra vacation money on those necessities. Again, we had a lovely experience- but that sweet little house could use some love 💙

Great in so many ways!

The house had everything we needed and more. There were some small problems typical of houses of its age. Luckily, Beachside Getaway were totally available and jumped right on the problems.

Great location; had everything we needed

The house is in a great location— steps from the beach and close to Coligny Plaza. Very close to bike paths as well. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The management company was very responsive, and even brought us a new tea kettle! We would definitely stay again.

Thanksgiving on Hilton Head Island

We thought location was great! Very convenient and super close to beach. Close to bike trails and stores. Home needs to be updated in every way. Some minor hiccups in our stay but over all it’s a good location and the property was well equipped with items we needed.
