Private Lake Getaway on exclusive Perch Lake

How would you like to have a lake to yourself to enjoy for a few days to escape the business on life? Take the long winding driveway through the trees, along the lake and back to a private secluded home surrounded by nature and with its very own exclusive lake. It is a spring fed lake that offers outstanding fishing, with bass, crappy, bluegill and pike just waiting to take the bait.
There is a small sandy beach area perfect for kids to play at and other areas with many frogs and other interesting things to catch. The portable swim raft is great for swimming off of and there is a canoe, paddle boat and kayak available for use as well.
The greatest attributes of this destination are the scenic views and experiences with nature and wildlife. The lake house, though it's nothing too fancy, will provide a comfortable and relaxing accommodation for your stay.
The home has a master bedroom with a queen size bed and is directly connected to the bathroom which is also accessible to the hallway. The secondary bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 full beds and a twin trundle. There are extra sleeping arrangements in the living room with a pullout queen bed in the sectional coach.
The kitchen is spacious and provides all the essentials for cooking and baking with a full size fridge, microwave and electric stove. The dining area is next to the kitchen and looking out to the lake. The living room has lots of seating and currently has a TV, DVD player and a collection of movies to choose from.
There is a large deck that is perfect for relaxing and taking in the views of the lake during the day, and is surrounded by string lights to hang out and enjoy the sounds of nature at night. There is a propane grill that is available to be used as well.
The 14 acre property also features some walking trails to explore.
