Stunning, steps to the beach condo with full access to resort amenities!

Welcome to 1704 Brighton in the lovely Kingston Plantation resort. This immaculate 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is picture perfect for your next beach vacation. The condo features thoughtfully decorated spaces to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. The living area features a sleeper sofa, smart TV and access to the balcony. The dining area is modern comfort with a table to seat 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and baking necessities and tons of utensils, it also features all stainless steel appliances and has an eat at bar with a gorgeous view from the bay window.

The master bedroom is roomy and features a king bed, large en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony! The en-suite has a double vanity, separate shower and a jetted tub. The spacious guest bedroom has 2 queen beds, and is across from the hall bath, which houses the full sized washer and dryer.

The balcony has tons of seating so you can look out over the Atlantic Ocean and beach! This space has a table for 4, a high top set for 2 and more!

Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Pool Complex and Waterparks at Embassy Suites, Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24 hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.
**Please know that the waterparks at Currents close on October 1 for the season.

Beautiful condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo looks just like the pictures show - the view of the ocean from the balcony is even better in person. Mgmt was helpful with any questions we had. The only item that I think needs addressed are the locks on the balcony doors - they didn’t work. There was the safety bar on the doors, however with small kids they can easily push them up, didn’t help. Would like to see a chain/lock higher on the balcony door for safety.

Great Myrtle Beach Stay

Property was clean and spacious for our family of five. We had a great stay and enjoyed all the included amenities. Communication was excellent and we had no issues. Master bed could benefit from an updated mattress and sheets, but was spacious. Gorgeous view from the balcony.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely little condo with a gorgeous view of the beach. We were even able to see fireworks being set off all down the beach on the 4th of July from our balcony. My Kids loved all of the extras provided by the resort, including the water slides and pools. It was nice having the more private beach and less busy restaurants to visit during one of the busiest weeks of the summer. I wasn't a fan of the bedding, since it was a bit scratchy to me, but no one else had any complaints.
