I am highly responsive and would have immediately worked to resolve any issues you experienced, had I been informed. This would have been a fairer and more constructive way to address your dissatisfaction. I strive to ensure every guest feels welcomed and comfortable, and it’s unfortunate that this was not your perception. However, I stand by the quality of my listing and the efforts I put into ensuring a positive guest experience. Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify a few points: there’s a switch just underneath the kitchen cabinet that controls the other lights you mentioned. There are at least 10 coffee cups in total—4 on the coffee rack and 6 more in the upper cabinets—along with a 12-piece plate set and plenty of utensils available. Many of the issues you listed could have been easily addressed if you had reached out during your stay. I made several attempts to check in with you, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive any response.
