Spectacular stay! This was our best stay yet bringing my daughter back to college! The house is magnificent, exactly as pictured!!! so much attention to detail, everything you could possibly need at a home away from home, great communication with Host, perfect location, Plenty of space to gather, and also to have your own privacy… pool and fire pit were such nice additional features!!!All good things here !!! We had an excellent stay here. The home was beautiful inside and out. The pool area was awesome with lots of seating. The house was decorated very nicely. Amazing spot

This is the second time staying at this place. It was perfect for what we needed for the weekend of curling at the Rochester Curling Club. As a team of 4, we all had our own rooms. The place is very clean and has everything you need to cook meals if necessary. The location is a short drive to many restaurants and amenities in a quiet neighborhood.

Absolutely loved this home away from home! Very clean, comfortable and well maintained! Pool was wonderful for the kids and adults loved the sitting area close to the pool! Perfect Space for a Visit to Rochester!

Pictures don't do this home justice. Beautifully decorated, comfortable furnishings, very clean, great outdoor space and conveniently located to shopping. What more can you ask for! Space was perfect for my mother-in-law who is 84 and has accessibility issues. Beatriz was wonderful to communicate with. Will definitely rent again.

I’m not sure how it’s to rate this more than five stars but if I could, I would, the property is absolutely amazing.! The owners are super sweet go above and beyond for their guest. All the little necessities you will need are right there. The pool was well-maintained and the house was clean And a quiet residential neighborhood. I highly recommend this property. ! The only thing I was missing was a hot tub But There’s even a bonus room that can be used for study or work a fire pit area and a hiking trail right across the street

Amazing Ranch in Henrietta

We used the house for a home-base for college tours and it was perfect. Any store you might need was no more than a 7 minute drive, as were a host of restaurants. The pool wasn't useable due to the time of year, but in the summer it would be great. In the event our son chooses RIT and we have to return to the Rochester area, we would definitely rent again.

I grew up in the north of Mexico in a little town (a pueblo) where the weather was the opposite of Rochester!!!! It is hot and sunny most of the time!!! Well, fate would have it that I would end up marrying my husband, a Rochesterian, and I have lived here for 35 years ever since. I love Rochester, except for the long winter, but I absolutely enjoy the summer time. I have deep roots here including my children, who were all born here in this lovely city. I enjoy outdoor activities, love reading and traveling, and my love of people has made hosting come naturally. I take alot of pride in all the work I do to make my guests' stay as comfortable as possible. It brings me great pleasure to do what I do, and I will continue to honor the title of Superhost!!

I chose this beautiful home for its great location! Everything is nearby: two large chain grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, shopping plazas and mall, urgent care and hospitals, pharmacies, colleges, and highways. Quiet and safe residential neighborhood and near my primary residence to be available whenever my guests need assistance .
