Relaxing Pool & Hot Tub House near RIT Inn

This home away from home is in a quiet, safe neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, colleges, festivals and not far from wineries and breweries. You can enjoy time watching TV (only tv is in the living room) and relax on a large couch that reclines. The kitchen offers coffee, and many cooking items. Wegmans is within a few miles to stock up on groceries. In the summer months you can enjoy a large deck you can access from the master bedroom or entryway. You will have access to the pool, hot tub and lounge to relax and soak up some peace and quite. The pool and hot tub are professionally cleaned and maintained. Please note, only guests staying at the home reservation are permitted to use the pool and hot tub. Due to safety reasons no one under 16 is permitted to use the hot tub. No guests can be invited for pool use. We wash everything in between guests, including pillows and bath mats. We want our guests to rest assured they are staying in a very clean and sanitized environment. Hot tub is open year round. 2026 pool season: pool opens the week of May 18th weather dependent. The pool is professionally maintained along with the hot tub. Security cameras are in the front and back of the house. Please note for small children that there is NO guard for the pool off the deck so children must be supervised at all times when the pool is open! Due to previous guest issues, we can no longer offer a grill for use (sorry). Please note: The wood gazebo in the back of the pool is not for use as it is not maintained. The brand new deck with a gazebo is for use.

What an amazing property! It was a relaxing retreat with plenty of space for our family. There were provided property amenities and close to shopping and food. Our host when needed, was responsive. Definitely a property we would visit again.

This was a very clean space to stay. The beds were comfortable and they had nice long mirrors that made it so much easier to get dressed. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. 100% would stay again!

Amy’s house was the perfect place for our 3 night stay near the RIT conference center. It was very clean, and we enjoyed using the outdoor deck and hot tub. We will definitely stay at Amy’s house the next time we’re in the Rochester area.

Every year I take a trip with my mom & mother in law, this place was great. We loved the home, the pool was beautiful, the hot tub was heavenly, and the house was clean & cozy. Just a couple recommendations; to have the greenery around the pool area cut back and cleaned up and maybe to use the wood gazebo on back side of pool would have been nice, but it's over grown & unkept, kinda creepy. Overall, we made the best of our stay and would definitely return! Thank You for sharing your home with us.

We are happy to hear you all enjoyed your stay! We have a pretty booked summer so to not interrupt our guests the back gardens can get a little full and with all the rain it makes it tough to keep up with. The cleaners work on it in between guests as much as possible. The wood gazebo is not for use as we have a deck with a gazebo on it. We hope you to have you back in the future! Thanks again for staying in our home.

Hostess was wonderful to work with. House was just as advertised . Great location for visiting our RIT student. Added bonus was the year round hot tub access which we enjoyed relaxing in during our stay! We will definitely stay again when visiting our Tiger!

The house is spacious, very clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The water temperature in the hot tub was perfect and we enjoyed soaking in it every evening we were there. The house is in a nice location, close to restaurants and grocery stores and within 15-20 minutes of everywhere we needed to go.

This is a lovely home that was well equipped with everything we needed. Check in was easy with the code provided. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels/shampoo/conditioner etc. we appreciated the robes and slippers for the hot tub! It was great to have the washer and dryer too.
