Great place close to everything you need.

Great place where you can walk from the pool right onto the beach. Well equipped with beach supplies. Friendly people all around you. Pool is quiet and relaxing.

Perfect! Great location!

Accommodations were as expected. Beds comfy! We were so pleased with the location. Pool was clean and warm! New property managers were such a treat to deal with. Kitchen and amenities were great. Will definitely return.

Family Vacation

The condo was exactly as stated in the description. It was clean and everything was supplied such as beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, and even two fishing poles. The rules are a little strict in the pool area in my opinion and the laundry area could use a good cleaning however this has nothing to do with the owners of the Condo.

Nice vacation

The property was nice. The booking was easy. The view was great. Only issue we had were some spiders that left nasty bites on my kids, which the owner had pest control out right away. But my kids were reluctant to stay any longer. Everything else about the property was great! They had lots of beach stuff, plenty of towels/ beach towels, kitchen was nicely stocked with all items.

Easy beach access.

Great location. Short trip to shopping, esp. Ron Jon Surf Shop. Thankful we had a second floor condo giving us a nice view of the ocean front as shown on site. Outdoor pool was excellent, although pool rules were not adhered to fully. No hand soaps in any of the bathrooms or kitchen. Purchased three and left them. Three remotes for TV (huge NCAAB fan) but no instructions on how to operate and neighbor ended up helping. Didn't expect to have to launder the towels prior to departure, on our time and quarters. Would stay again.

Excellent place to relax and disconnect

Excellent place to relax and rejuvenate This vacation location is great. I visited with my family including a teenager and adults between the 50s and 60s, and we had a good time. The building in general is a great and modest place. The pool was clean, with plenty of furniture and umbrellas. They have showers before and after the beach/pool and a BBQ. The parking area is organized and secure. A coin laundry is available in the complex. The neighborhood is quiet surrounded by amenities, shops, restaurants, etc. All at walking distance. The property is on the second floor with access to the pool and the parking area. It has a great balcony facing the pool and the beach. The apartment is fully equipped for every outside activity on the beach from kids to adults. The kitchen is ready for a chef. Utensils from baking to cooking, drinks, shakes, juices, etc are available. Dinnerware and silverware for different dishes are there. The internet service was fast and accurate (teen-approved). Towels, blankets, and sheets were available and extra. Soap, dish detergent, and wash detergent pads were provided. The communication with the owner was perfect. They are nice and professional people. It is a place that I will visit again.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Cocoa Beach Club is a family friendly small, 5 building, 50 unit complex, centered around a tropical garden courtyard containing a large heated pool and a three hole putting green. It is directly on the ocean front with a private walkway over the dunes to the famous sandy Cocoa Beach. The second and third floor townhouse condo offers spacious room for 6. It is close to many attractions such as Space Camp, the Astronaut Hall of Fame, NASA Space Center, Cape Canaveral, Port Canaveral, the Brevard Zoo and Cocoa Beach Pier to name just a few. Things to do include visiting wild life refuges, golf, renting jet skies or boats, mini golf, chartering fishing trips and taking a 4 hour cruise on a gambling ship out of the port. Rocket launches may be seen from the beach. It is about an hour drive to Orlando, Orlando Airport ,Disney, Universal, Sea World, and other family amusement parks. Even with this ability to get to entertainment easily, the beach and pool are always there to just relax at and enjoy without ever getting in your car.
