It’s a wonderful unit with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of linens (towels, blankets, etc.). The owner is highly responsive and we had a great experience!!!

Absolute perfection! The unit is conveniently located right next to the ramped beach access & pool. It’s on a quiet corner, and you can hear the waves crashing from the patio. There is covered parking near the unit for added convenience. The unit is perfectly equipped and very clean. The AC blasts, and there are ample cozy blankets. Great water pressure in the shower, and hot water. We loved everything about our stay. Highly recommend.

This was everything in the listing and more! The convenience of the condo location to the beach and pool can’t be understated. The place is well laid out and very well equipped. We were very comfortable here and enjoyed it so much. Somehow the beds were more comfortable than our beds at home! We stayed here while our kids were at space camp.

This condo is in a great location, just a short walk from the ocean and beautifully maintained. It was well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was the perfect getaway and we already looking forward to coming back again!

Perfect Location

We stayed for a short time (3 nights) but wish it was longer. The condo had everything we needed, there was plenty of space for us in the home, loved that it was on the 1st floor and very short distance to the beach. The pier was super close too so that was a plus. Will definitely be back.

Perfect family beach location

We had a great stay and the location was perfect! The condo was well stocked and well maintained. The view of the sand dunes out back were so peaceful. We had a minor issue with the front door but the owner and property manager were super helpful and responsive to get it resolved quickly and make sure we weren’t impacted!

Wonderful beach stay

This property is well appointed and am obtained for a family or friends vacation at the beach. The items at the house for beach fun were well thought out and everything we could we have possibly needed was there. The communication was top notch and we would def stay here again.

Amazing trip

What a beautiful condo. My family of 5 had plenty of space. The beds were soft and the kitchen had everything you need to feel at home. The bathrooms were updated and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great property and great location.

The condo had everything we needed and more. It is very clean and decorated nicely. So close to the beach and property pool. The pier is steps away. Super easy to get to from airport! Can’t wait to come back again! Owners were very responsive and easy to work with.

Coco beach condo

Great unit and space. Loved the location right on the beach and on the first floor which was perfect. Everything is conveniently located within 5 - 10 minutes away. The host was available to speak with if needed at any time through our stay.

Beachside Holiday

Great location for a fun beach holiday! Weather was cold, so we were only able to do some beach walks - but it was still fun! Condo slept all 6 of comfortably, and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes for our use. Thank you to Kristen for the ease of rental and check-in/out, it was so smooth. Our family had a great Christmas!

We stayed a full week here for a softball tournament in Viera and Kristen's condo is perfect. Great location right surrounded by so much. Very walkable area and convenient to Ron Jon, fast food, ice cream shops, and cool local restaurants/bars. The proximity to the pier is unmatched. We walked down just about every day. The unit has a fully stocked kitchen and is also stocked with everything beachy you need including beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella. The proximity to the beach is great. You cannot see the beach from the patio, but it wasn't a big deal to us at all. The dunes are really pretty, and you can still hear the waves. The pool is large with plenty of seating. Note that the pool does close 30 minutes before sunset, but the property manager came by and gave notice of the closure, so you had time to wind down and dry off. We loved the assigned parking which is also close to the unit. It was so nice not to worry about fighting for a spot, especially in the rain.The A/C is very strong and kept up in the crazy hot temps that we had. The beds are very comfortable. My kids joked that they may be more comfortable than theirs at home. Great communication from the owner. We had a minor Wi-Fi issue at check in, but Kristen was quick to respond, and we got it working after a short time. Her phone number is even listed on the fridge so she is literally always available. We would totally stay here again if we came back to the area!
