Cette maison magnifiquement aménagée avec un porche gracieux vous attend, vous et votre famille. La chambre principale et la salle de bains, récemment rénovées, sont situées au rez-de-chaussée, ainsi qu’une chambre queen avec salle de bain. Une grande salle spacieuse qui donne sur les porches, la piscine et un grand espace extérieur permet des réunions de famille et des heures de divertissement.  La cuisine mise à jour donne sur Sawyer Lane et s'ouvre sur la piscine pour des repas en plein air faciles.  Superbes sols en pin du comté de Dade et beaucoup de soleil naturel à Key West grâce aux nombreuses portes et fenêtres. Le deuxième étage a une salle bonus avec un roi, salle de bain, bureau et terrasse sur le toit.

A very good experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and grounds are beautiful, the location is perfect, and you can even park two cars. What more could you ask for? The property manager was quick to respond to any issue. There were a couple of maintenance problems, which were resolved the same day with little inconvenience. We would definitely return to this house.

Wonderful home in a wonderful location

Absolutely wonderful home in an excellent location: quiet street 3 blocks from Duval & 1.5 blocks from the marina area. The large outside area with a relatively large heated pool area was beautiful, couldn’t have been better. Pictures provide an accurate portrayal of the home. The 3 en suite bedrooms were a plus. Already rented for 2022.

Amazing House. Perfect Location

Easily walkable to Duvall and all surrounding areas. Porch and Pool are perfect escape from mid afternoon heat before heading out to happy hour. Office space was an exactly what we needed to get some remote work done. Kitchen had everything we needed. House was clean and well decorated. Property managers were a breeze to deal with. Definitely hope to stay in this house again.

Its location is perfect and within easy walking distance of all that makes Key West special. She is always available to answer a question, attend to a problem or simply offer suggestions, if asked. Truman and Company could not have a better representative of excellent customer service!

Wonderful Historic House in Great Location

The two things I would like to suggest is for such a beautiful/expensive property there should be better lounge chairs. The ones there are cheap and on has legs that bend when you sit in it. One of our previous rentals had wonderful chairs with rubber/waterproof pads that can also be used in the pool. Also, there should be an empty cabinet for food. No one could possible use all of the dishes/pans etc that fill the cabinets.

We have worked with Truman and Company every year, and their immediate communication and attention to positive guest experience is unrivaled. We had one issue with a faulty appliance, and Shana (the property manager) had a new one delivered the very next day! As for the home, the Seashell provided the quintessential Key West experience--all the charm of an older home with modern decor and conveniences. While we loved everything about our stay, our favorite area was the back porch and pool--especially at night. It was so private, and the perfectly placed lighting in the surrounding foliage created a lovely oasis after a hot day in the sun. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Perfect KW Rental

Let me first speak about the flexibility and great customer service of the listing company, Best of Key West. They handled our scheduling needs graciously when we needed change the date of our rental and to another listing a few months before our scheduled rental. Also, thank you Shana for being a great property manager.The house, The Seashell, was spectacular and obviously well cared for by the owners. A highlight is the location, which is in Old town, within a few blocks from the Seaport (2 min walk to Schooner's Wharf) and a 6 minute walk to Duval. Central to everything. The pictures of the house don't do the property justice..... comfortable beds, big glass doors off the family room and porch over looking the amazing pool, fenced in yard WITH DRIVEWAY with a sliding gate for security and privacy. I can go on and on about this quaint, clean, and comfortable location at 311 William Street. We will certainly be back!

Renter who feels she did not get value for her money

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage is old and needs updating. A new kitchen is needed and other deficiencies need to be addressed. For example, the closet door in the second bedroom on the first floor does not open unless one moves the bed. The offerings on tv were abysmal. No Netflix, no other such offerings and no ability to play DVDs. The kitchen was not clean although much of this can be attributed to the fact that the cabinets are very old. the dishwasher had what we initially perceived as a large stain inside the door. After I purchased a cleaning substance and applied it I discovered that the stain was easily removable. I thought the sink was suspiciously dark. I purchased stainless steel cleaner and discovered that it just needed the application of the right substance and elbow grease.

The home was thoroughly cleaned prior to your stay in addition to in the middle of your stay so we are sorry if you felt that was lacking. Ultimate Key West Experience

The Seashell was the perfect place for a relaxing month in Key West. Everything about the house was impeccable, the layout, the furnishings, the art, the well stocked kitchen and beautiful pool and patio area. It immediately felt like home. The Old Town location was ideal too; very quiet but just steps away from the marina, and all the sights. The property manager Shana was extremely responsive to make sure we had a great stay. We can hardly wait to return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation rental was awesome! Two blocks from the Marina where we kept our boat and walking distance to all the wonderful places in Key West. The house was very clean and the manager was amazing. Always available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a great family rental in Key West.

Fabulous Backyard

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house. The back yard is amazing--very lush. The pool was the perfect size for our 4 children (very large by Key West standards). Can't beat the location. Walk to everything on the North end of Key West.
