Our charming bungalow is just minutes from Churchill Downs, Cardinal Stadium, and the KY Expo Center, making it easy to catch all the latest events and sports games. Our central location also puts you just 6 m away from the UL Cardinal Stadium and 9 min away from the L&N Federal Union Stadium.

The space
During your stay at the Berry Fun Bungalow, you'll enjoy sole access to the entire house, including the large fenced yard and off-street parking. Enter using the provided code and step into the cozy living room, furnished with curated vintage pieces. The well-equipped kitchen includes a coffee station, large fridge, and extendable dining table. The first bedroom features a queen bed, dresser, closet, and desk for remote work. The second bedroom has 2 nightstands and a closet. The newly remodeled bathroom boasts brand new appliances and a tall shower with beautiful tiling. Early check-ins and late checkouts may be available upon request. Please note that no parties or events are allowed unless all neighbors are invited.

Other things to note
If parking on the off-street parking, make sure that you stay on the road/as close to the house as possible. Otherwise my neighbor Doug will come over and tell you to scooch over.

Perfect property for senior with dogs

For me and my pups, this is the perfect rental property. The cleanest house I’ve rented, everything worked as it should, comfortable, quiet and best of all, a fenced in back yard. I only wish I could find this property in every city I visit with my dogs.

Work Trip

I recently traveled for work to the Kentucky Exposition Center, and I found staying in a nearby rental to be a far more enjoyable option than a typical hotel room. The convenience of just a five-minute drive made it even better, allowing me to easily access the venue while enjoying a more comfortable and spacious environment during my stay.

Week in Louisville

Great little exactly as described. Beds were comfortable, nice bathroom. Laundry and the fenced back yard was a huge plus traveling with kids and dogs. Super close to churchill downs and the convention center. Grocery and restaurants a few minutes away. Quiet street, nice neighborhood.

This is a lovely house in a quiet neighborhood. It is just like the pictures show it is. Everything that you need is provided. The manager communicated well. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the home for a pleasant stay.

A Beautiful Bungalow

Came down for some much needed R&R, and there I got it. Only 6 minutes to my Uncle. Close to the Wyandotte Tavern where everyone was so friendly. Neighbors Doug & Robin are absolutely wonderful people. When I come visit my Uncle each year, I will definitely choose Angela’s home away from home! The best part, my girl Misa enjoyed being free from her collar and leash. Able to run free. I couldn’t have asked for more!

Great little house!

This little house is a hidden gem! I booked it as it was close to the U of L hospital where my husband was to have major surgery. It was absolutely perfect for my needs. I didn’t get to enjoy it much as I was mainly just there to shower and catch a little sleep. The houses along this street are cute and well maintained. I felt safe there even tho I was alone. There are some homes a few blocks away that are a little questionable, but the homes near here are adorable. I would definitely stay here again! The only thing I would suggest would be for some of the mini blinds to be replaced. Some wouldn’t close tightly and I felt like people could see in at night. There were no drapes to close over them. The house was clean and exactly as described! The host was very accommodating and responded to messages quickly. I am so grateful for her hospitality!

The house had many amenities and was a quaint house (a small bathroom but very clean). The location was ideal for my visit to university of Louisville and family in Southwest Louisville. I requested something be done about the odor. And the grass needs to be cut and yard maintenance completed. The house has a musty and mold odor. The filter needs to be changed in the floor.
