We went to Orlando, as our son was singing at the Candlelight Processional at Epcot. When we arrived, we noticed that some items for the stay were not fulfilled. We notified the host and they took care of sending those supplies. We made a Walmart run, and stocked up. We noticed other items like laundry soap not at the condo, but had our own, so no worries. The location was very nice for visiting the parks.The kitchen had good amenities, and we enjoyed the waffle maker, and use of the kitchen. But the milk frother didn't work. The beds were all very firm and uncomfortable to sleep on. The water temp never got very hot. And, the maintenance staff worked outside our windows frequently in the morning. So sleeping in wasn't a thing. We are an older family so we had different needs. The place was very clean, and in a gated community which was nice. Using the screened porch didn't happen often as it was difficult to open and close. It would be great if you had small kids, as they wouldn't be able to access it. Also the water temp might be ok with small kids. They also have a LOT of items for use with small children, even a stroller. The rooms were decorated very nice, but the Encanto room was a lot for our daughter. Again, the dolls would be fun for a kiddo. We are just not your average family with young children.
