Welcome to Gunga Galunga! SANDY BOTTOM WATERFRONT. A bright and light beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home situated on the beautiful Albermarle Sound Waterfront. We are so excited to share it with you. Enjoy gorgeous waterfront views from the living room, seating area and the kitchen. The Large porch and open area on the waterside with great seating, has fantastic views which makes for relaxing times. Farm land on the front side of the house completes the beautiful views from this home.
The living room is a bright and comfortable space to gather with family and friends. There is a dining table for 6 and a well-equipped kitchen with 6 bar stools on the large kitchen island.

The spacious top-floor master has a king size bed with new linens and an en- suite bath. There are 2 guest bedrooms upstairs. Both have queen size beds.. The other bedroom has a queen size bed on the main floor area. There is a full bath on the main floor. Each bed is very comfy and there are fluffy towels in each bath. Other amenities include gas log, smart Roku tv in living room, washer/dryer and a large outdoor shower and changing area with hot and cold water.

The porch has beautiful views as well as a view of the Cypress trees where Osprey birds stop and have a fish lunch. There are Carolina classic swivel wicker chairs on the porch where you can relax and enjoy the scenery.

While staying on Albemarle Beach Road you can also enjoy the Mackeys Marina Bar and restaurant located 5 minutes away. Two cruiser bikes are included if you care to enjoy an early morning/afternoon ride down a quiet and peaceful road. The road is dead-end which makes it nice for biking and walking.

There is so much to enjoy here!! Just over an hour away from the Outer Banks, Manteo and Nags Head. You can also just relax and enjoy the simple life here at the sound. I recommend slowing down and relaxing and enjoying friends and family.

Downtown Plymouth is just a few minutes from our home and it offers some quaint shops and dining. Coming soon, The Inner-banks Harbor town excursion boats will be offering adventure cruises on the Albermarle Sound. www.harbortowncruises.com

Wi-Fi is a little slow in this area of NC. But it works for us and our family. We have Roku streaming tv in the living and in the master bedroom. All other bedrooms and tvs are for just gaming. Bring your gaming system. We like the relaxing side of life so we love sitting on the porch and just reconnecting with our loved ones and friends just talking. Slowing down for change.

Water access is a few steps away on a private pier. NO DIVING Just swim around the pier. Sandy bottom.
