Treehouse charm with 180 degree water view. Southwest exposure provides year 'round sunsets from our expansive deck while enjoying a nice dinner by the glowing light of the fire table. Roast marshmallows from your Adirondacks over the backyard firepit as you listen to the sound of the Albemarle lapping at the bulkhead. Kayaks, bicycles, fishing rods, table tennis and corn hole for two! Even a set of golf clubs should you care to do a round at the nearby Links at Mulberry Hill. Just minutes east of Historic Edenton, North Carolina.

The accommodation was well appointed. Excellent kitchen with necessary items, very clean and well featured bath, comfy bedroom and lovely living/dining space. And, the view is breathtaking. Edenton, NC is a gem, one that needs to be explored for its beauty and history.

We had such a relaxing time and were really able to unwind. The view is from the living room is absolutely beautiful. We also enjoyed the turntable and album collection! We were well taken care of and are so grateful we got to stay there!

Sweet little bay cottage with great view. Double bed keeps it cozy. Well appointed and clean. Edenton is a wonderfully historic and quaint town. Would stay again .

Perfect for a weekend away

Such a cute, cozy place. Was lucky to catch a beautiful sunset one night, and the dock was perfect to sit and relax and stare off into the water. Loved our stay and would stay again!!

Great getaway!

Perfect for a couple's getaway! Extremely well equipped and supplied. Stunning views. Also, Edenton is a great place to visit for a few days and several really good restaurants.

If you are looking for an intimate vacation spot with absolutely breathtaking views, this is the spot for you! My husband and I enjoyed 4 wonderful days at this beautiful home. The amount of the amenities in the home made for a comfortable stay. Our personal favorites were the Beatles monopoly game that got plenty of use, sitting on the pier watching the views just steps away from the house, and the best naps with views of the water on a very comfortable couch! The hosts were so considerate, thinking of all the details and even reaching out to us when bad weather was predicted, making sure we were aware and prepared. Don't let the amount of houses close by sway you, we hardly saw anyone our entire trip and the few we did meet were nothing but friendly! The town had a small town feel while still providing delicious restaurants and unique shops lining the roads. We are already planning our next trip back!

Property is well maintained with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay! About an hour from the Outer banks for day trips.

Quiet and Relaxing

Beautiful home with a great location and the view was amazing. Enjoyed the peace and quiet which my wife and I were looking for. Was only there for the weekend but would definitely stay there again, hopefully for an extended period of time.

Anniversary Weekend Getaway

I planned a little surprise weekend getaway for my wife and I to celebrate our Anniversary. THe place was absolutley Beautiful and could not have asked for anything better. We love sharing our beautiful little home on the Albemarle Sound. Julianne has a passion for Horses and Exotic Beaches, and I love music and art. We have three adult kids and love wine, travel, Faith and family!

Most of all, we love the neighborhood and its proximity to Edenton. There are several spots along the northern shore of the Albemarle Sound that don’t get the same exposure to the sunset that we have
 Nearly year-round
 It’s an opportunity for a beautiful sunset. Absolutely charming location, and great neighbors too.
