3-month stay

The apartment was quiet and had a nice view. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The TV and internet both worked well.The only issues we had were with the building elevators being down (one of the two elevators was down for the majority of our stay), and the neighborhood is a little rough. Matthew was very helpful throughout our stay.

Cozy Condo

Condo has great views of Denver and very walkable to Safeway and restaurants. The building is old and a bit quirky but very clean, the first floor is nicely updated, and we loved the underground parking. When we had a question or concern, Matt always responded promptly. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Great apartment close to downtown!

We were very impressed with the property and the neighborhood. The only thing that wasn't as we expected it to be was that the second bedroom is very small, and doesn't have a closet. But we made it work and had a great stay!

The apartment is remodeled with a view of the city. It is close to downtown and a convenient supermarket. In general, we got our money's worth.

Cute place for a good price

The stay was overall really well. We didn't really have any issues with the unit at all. The only issues that we consistently had were with the building elevators. The elevators can get rented out for move-in/move-out purposes. If this happens, then it goes down to one elevator. Other than that it was great! The building is in a really good location because you are within walking distance of downtown/Capital area and the ballpark. With the amount of traffic for the Rockies home games, I would definitely recommend walking.

Great summer in Denver

We (two of us) stayed at Matt's place for three months during the summer. The place gave us both the privacy we needed (as we were roommates, not a family) and ample common space to spend time together and invite friends. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The view from the 20th floor is awesome. The place is located in Five Points, right at the edge of downtown. Plenty of restaurants and bars, as well as the 16th Street Mall, are in walking distance. A grocery store is right across the street. We had no problem living without a car for three months. The complex has nice amenities (pool, hot tub, gym). If you don't like a bright room in the early morning, you might want to install extra blinds/curtains as all windows face east and the sun rises quite early in the summer in Denver. Overall we had a great stay!

Great place

Great apartment with a lovely view and secure parking. We really enjoyed the location. We were there July-October while we looked for a house. Perfect intro to Denver! Friendly people in the building. Walkable neighborhood with shops, eateries, coffee shops, etc. Safeway across the street. Walkable to downtown, Coors Field, Union Station, Tattered Cover and other fun stuff. Matt is a responsive owner and easy to deal with. We'll miss it!

Exceeded expectations - awesome building, good location, clean - modern & comfortable

We were all so thrilled - a great condo! The amenities in the building are wonderful & the people are so very friendly! It's very quiet (we never once heard any neighbors) - very clean and comfortable. It has a small "den" that has a door & a futon that our 13 year-old (5'5") son slept on just fine. It offered us all complete privacy - noise didn't carry from room to room at all. The kitchen is fully equipped - we've used vacation rentals before & this one had the best quality of plates, silverware, cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc. that I've ever seen. High quality bed linens and towels. Condo itself was larger, better equipped, & "nicer" than we expected. We had a great view - there is a wall of windows (floor to ceiling) in living room with sliding glass doors and a railing (no balcony). It was awesome to pull up bar stools and watch the fireworks as a family with some wine. Location is "uptown" Denver - Safeway Grocery store literally across the street - some cool restaurants within walking distance. We walked quite a bit - -- downtown and Lodo (very easy about a mile) and the zoo (a bit of a hike - a little over 2 miles) -- had dinner several nights within a couple of blocks of the condo (pizza/Walter's -awesome and upscale "comfort food"/Jonesys) The condo itself has great amenities including free coffee, internet, great pool, lounge area, massage area (call for appt.), great laundry facility, dog park, business area -- overall - a nice vibe and nice people. Easy in/out parking - reserved spot in garage - VERY safe. TIPS/Things to know: In my opinion, Denver has a fairly high population of street people. Personally, they do not make me uncomfortable - they are typically respectful and not too aggressive. We were approached several times & usually gave a few bucks or some change. We ran into this everywhere in Denver (Lodo, Downtown @ 16th street mall, & uptown near our condo) I only mention this as it may bother some. I want to emphasize - we had no "issues" and never felt compromised. TIP - the condo has windows that are floor to ceiling in living room & both bedrooms - no window coverings. Not a problem from privacy as you are not in eye-site of anyone, however - if you like to sleep in - you might want to bring a sleeping mask. Lastly - Matt is a man of few words. He was great to deal with, but he doesn't "sell" you or tell you how great everything is. Our transactions were smooth. Would rent here again in a heartbeat!

Nice Spot

This is a very nice condo in a building with good amenities. It is walkable to the convention center but also has nearby public transportation to make the time a little shorter to get there. Groceries and some cute restaurants within blocks. The owner was very helpful and prompt in returning emails.
