Rénové en décembre 2017, le Happy Goat Retreat est un appartement au rez-de-jardin immaculé et calme avec air central et chauffage spacieux, lumineux, sûr et serein. Si vous êtes ici pour affaires ou vacances, tout ce dont vous avez besoin est fourni.

L'appartement de 650 pieds carrés dispose d'une cuisine pleine grandeur, d'un canapé-lit pleine grandeur, d'un matelas queen-size en mousse à mémoire de forme, de nouveaux draps et d'un coin repas / espace de travail informatique. Des gradateurs, des bougies LED et deux foyers électriques créent une ambiance.

I’ve never stayed in a property so well appointed! This cozy basement apartment had everything you’d ever need and more. The linens and beds (including the foldout couch) were super comfy, and the whole place was impeccably clean. It also has a gorgeous yard and outdoor seating area. Given it’s a basement and the owner lives upstairs with 3 dogs, you do hear occasional pitter patter, but it didn’t disrupt our sleep or anything. And the bonus to it being a basement is staying super cool on the few hot days we had. If totally stay here again!

Everything about our stay was excellent, from the amenities to the graciousness of the hostess, Tina. In fact, I don't think I've ever been better taken care of and accommodated in all of my VRBO stays. My wife and I went to a concert at Red Rocks, and Tina made sure we had everything we needed to stay warm and enjoy the show. Even her little dogs are wonderful! I highly recommend staying with her - you won't be disappointed.

Cozy space! The space was bigger than expected and host was welcoming. The dogs may be an issue for some due to the barking on arrival but they are very sweet.

I can't say enough good things about our stay. Tina is hospitable and helpful. The apartment is comfortable and had all we needed. Location wise, Park Hill is a lovely neighborhood and close to many sites, shops and restaurants as well as as easily accessible to the interstate. I would stay again and recommend it highly!
