Your family or group will enjoy four spacious bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, comfortable bed linens, and fresh towels. Unwind in the comfortable living room, watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV with cable channels in the living room. Each bedroom also features a TV for your relaxation. Not included are groceries for included meal preparation; tours or transportation; any personal services outside of the Villa Team Services, and staff gratuities. External services are to be paid directly to providers. Most groceries can be covered by credit card, however, cash may be required for some fresh produce or specialty items. The villa owner recommends purchasing alcoholic beverages duty-free, but they can also be purchased for you if you prefer. Please plan on paying a gratuity to the staff in cash (USD or JMD) at the end of your stay; 15% of the total rental price is recommended, customary, and expected, if service is to your satisfaction.

Estimated budget for 3 meals per day - breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and non-alcoholic beverages is US$80 - $100 per day. The Villa Team will work with you to plan meals in advance and looks forward to pampering you during your stay!
