Welcome to Paradise Palm, Unit 2C! This two bedroom, two bathroom condo has everything you need to enjoy your Cedar Key vacation. Offering exceptional open water views and your own private balcony, you can enjoy the full island experience for your entire stay! You'll find comfort in a fully stocked kitchen and cozy furnishings, with plenty of opportunities for relaxation and fun.

Old Fenimore Mill Condominiums are conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, playground, and Cedar Key's vibrant downtown area. For a true local experience, consider renting a golf cart to explore the town. The complex boasts ample boat/trailer parking, a community pool and hot tub, private beach access, a BBQ area, and a private fishing dock. Bring your own kayaks and store them on the community kayak rack, allowing for direct launch from the complex.

This unit is pet friendly (up to 2 dogs) with pet fees as follows: Pet fee is $50 per pet per visit, 2 pet maximum.

We loved the condo. It was very clean and very cozy. We felt right at home. What a beautiful view! Being so close to everything was great. Being able to park a boat trailer at the property is amazing! Not much parking available in Cedar Key. This is such a benifit of this complex.

Amazing View

This condo was perfect for a weekend getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked and the furniture was comfortable. The gulf views were breath taking. Can't wait to go back.

Dolphins and sunshine

The condo sits above the beautiful waters of cedar key and the sunrises in the mornings bring dozens of playful dolphins up to the beach to greet visitors!The condo itself is spacious and sparkling clean with views that will wow everyone!A fabulous place to stay, hope to come back to this paradise!! Excellent Vacation Condo!

We had a terrific time at Old Fenimore Mill Paradise Palm Unit 2c. Pelican Reality does an excellent job maintaining all of the properties they manage. This condo was extremely clean, calm, and relaxing. It met all of our Spring Break needs. Can’t wait to return!!

Great stay

We love the quaintness of Cedar Key and this condo was perfect for our stay there. We would definitely stay there again. We had no complaints with the condo itself, but the pool was extremely hot in July …., we wish they would add some fresh water daily to help with that. Overall great stay!

Air Condition - issues

The place was nice but the washing machine did not work and on our last night the air conditioner did not work so we left early because it was like an oven in the condo. We did not stay the last night. The previous person had left a review that the air conditioner was an issue so I am not sure they ever addressed the issue to begin with. I did alert the contact number but it was going to take to long for maintenance so we left. They said they would refund part of our money but I have not seen anything yet.

Maintenance of Unit

Both bathroom drain stops in the sinks are broken. Accidentally dropped the top of a water bottle in the bathroom sink and it fell in the drain completely plugging it so the water would not flow out. Master bedroom shower head has little pressure, you can barely rinse. Master bedroom bathtub does not drain out. When showering the tub fills with water and sediment from the drain comes into the tub. Disgusting. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms only work with the light on. Had to remove the bulbs in the master bedroom light to use the fan at night. The ceiling fan in the twin bedroom only works at high speed and rattles terribly. One of the bedspreads in the twin bedroom is torn. Knobs on the nightstand in the twin bedroom are missing. The only light in the twin bedroom is the ceiling fan. There should be a light on the knight stand. There are very few hangers and the ones that are there are bend. The wall clocks do not work, they need batteries. The master bedroom window does not stay up. You must prop it open. Raising and lowering the blinds is almost impossible. The AC comes on but does not cool. The icemaker appears to not be working. Ice cube trays were not even half full when we got there. As for the price point of this unit, I was extremely disappointed with the overall condition and felt that you may appreciate my feedback.
