A very well appointed 1 bedroom townhouse. Beautiful view, decorated like a home. Charming little town, nice quaint getaway. Unfortunately the walls do not block the sounds from surrounding units, unit above us flushed and woke us several times a night. I’d recommend a sound machine to shield the thin walls.

The room was as described and the location is great. The view was gorgeous! I never got the email for check in, calling and getting directions from the call center was easy, however the communication via the text feature was never answered for any of the questions we asked.

The balcony view was great condo was clean and set up well. Good location did not use pool area but looked nice from condo view. Only thing i can say on anything needing improvement would be bed mattress maybe time to upgrade to a new one. Overall great experience definitely would stay again.

The view was great. The listing photos of that little deck are accurate. The location is nice. Cedar Key is so small that even out on this edge of it, everything was easily walkable. The unit itself is showing some wear, but fine. I deducted a star for two points: 1) The sheets were uncomfortably pilled and nubby. I can't imagine making the bed with sheets in such condition. 2) The bath towels, when damp had an odor like stale cigarette smoke.

Great location. Nice hot water and water pressure. The electric fireplace was cozy since there was a cold front. Bath towels were rough and should be replaced. No kitchen wash rag. Sponge under sink was old and smelled. Couldn’t find a spatula. An envelope was provided for the housekeeper tip yet there was a good dust layer on the TV stand and a bathtub ring. But the rest was otherwise clean.

This place is absolutely delightful! Could not get more “beach front” than that! The view was gorgeous, the sound of the waves all day was amazing. The house had everything you need and was so comfortable and lovely.

Perfect little condo!

We came to Cedar Key for a wedding and this condo was located exactly where the wedding was taking place! Everything was so close we were able to walk almost everywhere within 10 minutes or less. Overall this was the perfect place for our quick trip!

Amazing Views!!

We absolutely loved our stay and will be back! Waking up every morning to those beautiful golf views, strolling around the small quaint island, and enjoying breakfast at Annie’s every morning was exactly what we needed and this condo was icing on the cake. You will not be disappointed!!
