Location, location, location! Enjoy your stay in Simpsonville's Five Forks area. The Blue Door Cottage is centrally located between downtown Simpsonville and downtown Greenville.
Location is everything & this adorable cottage has it! Close to Woodruff Road (the road that has EVERYTHING), Five Forks, Simpsonville, Greenville, Greer, Mauldin, Woodruff. You are just a couple of minutes within grocery stores, shopping, a large variety of restaurants, I-385 & I-85. You will love how close you are to stores, restaurants, shopping and different areas of the upstate.
This is a very clean and nicely decorated cottage for you to enjoy. The living room & kitchen is an open floor plan for you to enjoy socializing with your family and/or friends. The kitchen is stocked with majority of essentials for your cooking needs. Kitchen Keurig comes with an initial supply of coffee pods.
Enjoy sitting outside rocking on the front covered porch or enjoy the fenced-in back yard during your stay!

The property and owner communication was excellent. Great, central location with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The fenced in area was a bonus if you’re traveling with a furry friend. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was adequately stocked with cooking utensils and accessories, and the heat and air kept us comfortable. The only minor improvement I would make is to replace the small toilet, but it’s not really an issue. We were there for Christmas and the owners had decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch that did not go unnoticed. I would recommend this property to any and all and would definitely stay again.

This place was very clean, and perfect for us and our dog. Very happy with our stay and would definitely book again. The back yard is fenced in, and the interior is decorated in a cute cottage style.

Home was very well appointed and comfortable. Centrally located to stores and restaurants. The host’s welcoming notes provided interesting history of the property. We were visiting family in Powdersville and this locale put us a very short drive away.

We had such a great time at the blue door cottage! So many small touches that made our stay enjoyable! From the coloring books, games, and books there was so much to entertain us during our stay! We loved the binder left by the owner telling us all about Five Forks and all the fun things to do in the area! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to the Greenville area! Such a gem!

The host, Baalt, was a wonderful host and very responsive to our needs. The place was very neat and clean. It was an extra perk having snacks available. When I entered, there was a welcome note addressed to me. The beds were comfortable as well. The only downfall to the house is that it was on the corner of two busy roads. It was not bad at all. I will definitely stay here again. Excellent!

Yes, very welcoming, which included the 3 ring binder of the cottage family history. There are so many positive, thoughtful touches in this vacation rental such as the labeling above the light switches, garment rack in the bedroom, Kcups, clean pots and pans, and many, many more. The home was very clean.

Handicap friendly

We loved the open concept and the natural lighting. The home was the perfect size for 3 and it was in a great location very close to shopping, pharmacy, groceries and anything else you may need.

Stayed while attending local high school graduation. It was such a welcome to be greeted by a graduation garden flag at the corner of the side walk and driveway. Very touching. Great location, clean and comfortable

Perfect location for us for the soccer tournament at the MESA complex 5 minutes away. Grocery stores only 5 minutes away as well. Property was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of linens, towels, extra blankets. Decently stocked kitchen as well. Appreciated the couch cover for the dog, so he didn’t shed everywhere. Not huge but good sized, fenced back yard that was great for our pup. Street next to the house was fairly busy, but we didn’t notice it overnight which was great. Nice off street parking. Enjoyed the covered front porch with rockers. Beautiful house! Will stay again if we have to come back for another tournament here. Thanks for a peaceful stay.
