Check in was super easy. We found the home to be clean and comfortable for our girls trip group of 3. We especially liked the front porch where we enjoyed our morning coffee while watching the hot air balloons take off across the field. Nice central location for exploring the area.

Cozy Cabin with a Great Location

Our stay here was excellent. The cabim has a very convenient location, less than 15 minutes to the outlets, Dutch wonderland, and grocery stores and Walmart. The cabin was clean and tidy when we arrived and was well stocked with extra towels and pillows. The kitchen was well stocked as well with pots, pans, plates and utensils. Behind the cabin was a working farm. There was a pasture with cows and goats across the street that my daughter liked to watch. The cabin itself is located on a small side street (right off of the main road so not inconvenient) that led to anAmish neighborhood, and between that and the nearby buggy tours that went down the road, there were lots of horse and buggies to watch go by as well. The (small, no noise from commercial jets) airport was not too far away and we saw hot air balloons floating over the cabin headed there to land. The Amtrak line between Pittsburgh and Philadelphia does run nearby and you can see them from the porch (my daughter liked watching them go by) but when you are inside they don't make a whole lot of noise, not enough to disturb us. Check in and out was easy and contactless. While we didn't need to reach out to the host for anything, they did provide their phone number if we needed to reach them for anything. It's not super fancy inside but it was comfortable and has everything you need, including a washer, dryer, and two full bathrooms! I would highly recommend this for a family. We would definitely stay again.

June stay

We did a mother daughter trip in june and stayed at your property. It was exactly what we needed and was very central to all of our plans. Despite the qeekend being extremely hot we were very comfortable in our accomodations. Thamk you for your generosity in sharing your home

We had 3 adults, 2 teenagers and a 3yr old. Plenty of space for us all. Very clean and comfortable. Cute location and loved the porch and yard. Renters were very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend

We had a lovely stay at Log Cabin guest house. It was very clean and a great location. My only comment was that the listing talked of kids dinnerware equipped in the kitchen which was not there and a couple other things I wish we had in the kitchen. Otherwise we had a wonderful time and would recommend and hope to come back someday!

Nice, no frills stay

We, (4 adults, 60 y/o) stayed for 4 nights, April 14-18, 2025. The home was clean, the area was nice. Very easy to find. Close and convenient to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, sightseeing. I titled this review “no frills” because while the home itself is nice, the furnishings are sparse. The living room had a sofa and chair, another chair or loveseat would’ve been great. There were 3 bedrooms, each had a closet but no dresser. The kitchen could’ve had a few more plates (only 4 dinner and no salad/bread plates). Plenty of pots and pans, glasses and silverware. Bathrooms were fine, hot water was adequate. Heat and AC worked well. Communication with the owner was great. If you are looking for a nice, clean, inexpensive place to stay, the Log Cabin dies the trick.

Lovely place to stay

Very nice and comfortable house. Plenty of room with three nice size queen bedrooms and two baths. Very impressed with the cleanliness and housekeeping. It was super convenient to explore Lancaster and attend our concert at the American Music Theater. Their Log Cabin Quilt shop was also very fun to visit.

What an adorable place! So very, very clean. It is pretty spacious inside. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful and quiet. Wish we stayed longer!

Wonderful stay!

The house was so cute and cozy yet it had plenty of room for four adults. The whole rental process was a breeze. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone heading to the area.

Log Cabin Guest House

Issues were taken care of very quickly (i.e. TV remote replaced the same day we arrived and Battery for alarm replaced the same day it went off). Everything is ample for three couples for three queen beds. Enough room in the master bedroom and the living room for air mattresses if needed for more people. We had a great time shopping and being tourists!
