This spacious home is ideal for large families or groups of friends. It features a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room.

The home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with a generous open living space. Three bedrooms have queen-size beds, while the fourth room, which doubles as a game room, has 2 twin beds.

Furry friends are welcome with a pet fee of $150.

Step through the beautiful doors into our large, modern living space. Please leave your shoes at the door to keep our floors clean, as many little fingers touch them.

Relax in the living room with a 65" TV or enjoy the fully stocked kitchen and dining area. From the living room, walk down the hall to the first bedroom on the right, featuring a queen-size bed, a dedicated work area, and a large closet. Back in the hallway, the door on the left leads to a brand-new bathroom with a walk-in shower, modern vanity, and toilet. Beyond this bathroom is another bedroom with a queen-size bed, workspace, and closet. Further down the hall is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a queen-size bed, and a dedicated workspace. This bedroom also has access to the deck, which can also be reached from the living room.

Tucked away through the kitchen, the final bedroom features a twin daybed and a pullout twin trundle. This room doubles as a game room, equipped with a multi-game table (pool, air hockey, foosball, and table tennis) and a dry-erase board for tracking scores. In the corner, you'll find a board game center with chess, checkers, Tic-Tac-Toe, backgammon, poker, and other card games.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home. Your door code will operate the keyless entry locks at the main entryway.

The driveway accommodates up to 4 cars parked side by side and in tandem. Please park on the right side (closest to the front yard); the left side is reserved for the occupants of the cottage behind the driveway. Please follow the parking line directions.

Other things to note
There is a guest house behind the driveway used for short-term rentals. Occupants share the backyard space, so please be respectful.

This beautiful modern home is located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment. The local trail network is easily accessible for walking, running, and cycling. We are also close to the Concord BART station, making it convenient to explore the Bay Area.

There are ring doorbell cameras at each exterior door entrance of the unit which are on 24/7 and record exterior video & sound when activated by motion at or near the doors.
