Bonnie View is an upscale home overlooking the Concan Valley and Frio River, with an oversized shaded deck created for entertaining and capturing the breezes. We have panoramic views!
We are a short drive to Garner State Park, the Frio River and Concan, and the hiking, tubing, golfing and dining that they offer. Anticipate coffee over a beautiful sunrise and star gazing around our firepit. While we love kiddos, Bonnie View is not suitable for children; our policy is no guests under age 18 unless previously arranged. Thank you for understanding!

This home was perfect for our Frio river trip. Very comfortable and clean, with a spectacular back porch. Hosts were very informative with information about the surrounding area. We’ll be back!

Amazing Vacation

This was an amazing stay on a vacation home that anyone would like to call their own. This home made our vacation much more enjoyable. It has an outstanding view, and it is very close to the river. Our vacation home contact was very attentive, too. Overall, we were all very pleased and over the top excited to have found the perfect vacation home!

What a hidden gem. Beautiful home with great views perched on the top of the mountain. Very relaxing, private and in a gated community. Back patio is very large and great for morning coffee and relaxation. Located close to the Frio River and many amenities. Will definitely be staying here again. Amazing views

This house was absolutely breathtaking with amazing views. Located on a hill top in a private gated area. Definitely worth the stay. The host was amazing and very attentive. The home is equipped with everything you need, even an outdoor shower to rinse after a relaxing day on the river. Definitely recommend and will book again!

Feeling at home

This property was amazing. Our family enjoyed so much we called it home. The views are amazing, the house is comfortable and has everything you need from a well equipped kitchen, to towels, games, and did i mention views? The property manager was very pleasant and helpful, he recommended some swimming spots and made sure we had everything we needed. We were very impressed and pleased with this property.

Great view, near river and store right across hwy. Nice and clean. Sent message for directions and was quickly notified with a phone call. We had a group of 7 and was plenty of room. We all enjoyed it and will definitely be back.

Spectacular view

Stayed for a long weekend to enjoy the cool temperature of the Frio river. The home was beautiful and very comfortable. Our college aged kids enjoyed playing cornhole on the deck. We enjoyed a steady breeze outside and were visited frequently by hummingbirds. Highly recommend!

Amazing Concan Vacation Home

We had a great experience in this beautiful home. The view is breathtaking while you are enjoying the spacious porch! It was exactly described in the listing. The kitchen was better equipped than my own! The host provided everything we required and more! The beds were the most comfortable we have slept on, there was so much to do at the house, the kids and adults were so entertained at the house we didn’t want to leave! We felt so welcome in this house and plan on making it a yearly vacation from now on!

Frio Perfection

Our family goes to the Frio every summer and we've stayed at lots of different places. This house is now, by far, our new favorite! The location is perfect - close to Garner, close to Concan, short drive to Leakey. The house itself is gorgeous! The beds are super comfy. The bathrooms are huge. The kitchen has everything you might need during your stay, from plates and cups to pots and pans and appliances (two fridges!) I've never stayed in a house that was so well equipped! What a treat to not have to pack sheets and bath towels. They even provide soap and shampoo/conditioner! But the best part of the house is that giant back patio and the jaw dropping view. It just doesn't get any better. We will be back soon!

We LOVED the property views, back patio and the home. We did not receive the automated email just ahead of the day so we would have all details on the stay which includes the gate and house codes. This is auto-generated by the VRBO service. We had to call customer service at VRBO in order to gain access to the property. It seemed the VRBO app was not working that day as well. We believe it was VRBO who caused the lack of home entry not the home owner. Home owner was very apologetic for the situation. Thank you.
