Wonderfully updated home directly on the beach with private beach access. 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths. Wonderful indoor and outdoor entertaining space. Elevator, and laundry make your stay just that much more comfortable. A short walk or bike ride to restaurants, an easy bike ride to popular sites such as the Salt Life Grill and downtown Fernandina. Beach chairs, towels and other amenities will make your stay a wonderful one on a very special island. You won’t be disappointed! If you love quiet sophistication with plenty to do when you want, this will be one of your most favorite place to vacation!

Beautiful home on the beach!

Open living area with panoramic views of the ocean! Very comfortable with spacious rooms and conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. Close to Jax airport!

Great house ,view, and location

We loved the house and location for our extended family of 10 ..A few suggestions would be more bedside tables with lamps for reading in bedrooms and end tables next to furniture in living room. We could have used more towels and another bed a twin in one of the basement bedrooms …also we missed having a Keurig in the kitchen. We loved the house enough that we are returning next summer.

Fabulous Fourth week

Our family had a great visit to Fernandina Beach during the 4th of July week. The house was clean, modern, and large enough so that our family of 11 had plenty of room to sit, eat, and move about without feeling crowded. The kitchen was amazing which was important to us since we mostly cook rather than eat out. Since the house has two levels, it worked out great to have the kids sleep downstairs and all the adults had the main floor. Everyone was pleased with their sleeping arrangements. Access to the beach was perfect, just a few feet down the private wooden walkway and you’re there. We did have an issue with the air conditioning so I had to call Meredith. She immediately found a person who was able to come within an hour to fix it, and this all happened on the afternoon of the 4th of July! Everyone agreed that this was a great place to spend our annual family vacation.

While we had family and friends encouraging us to explore various parts of Florida all of which are wonderful, we found the peaceful enjoyment of a slightly slower, less crowded space with the charm and beauty I have only found on Amelia Island.

Our property has been completely renovated with beautiful finishes along with comfortable decor. The views are amazing! The convenience of walking out on your private walkway to the beach morning or evening is unmatteched.
