Monday, December 1st the HOA will begin the pool and spa renovations for the Carillon Beach Inn pool. The gates for the pool area will be locked down and unaccessible to guests through the end of January.

For marvelous shopping opportunities, stroll around Carillon Market Street or indulge in self-care at Salon Baliage & Spa. (Golf Carts are prohibited unless rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.) Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy swimming, kayaking, fishing, surfing, bicycling, snorkeling, and games of tennis, pickleball, or basketball. A gym and playground are also available for guest use.

Upon entry, you'll find a bright interior and a beachy vibe throughout the well-appointed living area. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
