Carillon is located between 30A and Panama City Beach. Around the corner is 30A near Rosemary and Alys Beach. The Castaway Condo in Carillon Beach is the perfect place for anyone looking for endless options at their fingertips.
This unit is a 2minute walk to the beach has 4 shared pools (2 heated) and one beachside, a playground, basketball court, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and a lake along with 7 beautiful beach walkovers. Castaway overlooks the fountain and the quaint township of Carillon which offers unique shopping, dining, yoga/Pilates and spa experiences.

This condo has 1 large bedroom with a King-sized bed.
There is also a queen pull-out sofa bed in the downstairs living area. This unit also has a large private balcony with seating and outside dining area that is perfect for morning coffee or a sunset cocktail, it overlooks the village green and charming downtown Carillon fountain and town center.

Carillon Beach is an exclusive gated community located on the coveted west end of Panama City Beach and a 5-minute drive from the many beaches along 30a. Carillon Beach boasts 1 mile of private beachfront with eight neighborhood beach walkovers one of which is located at the beach club pool. This is the perfect place to watch the splendid sunset light up the sky, sip on an evening beverage while enjoying a perfect end to a perfect day!

Other seasonal on-site offerings include golf cart and bike rentals, beach chairs and water sport activities to enjoy the gulf and surrounding neighborhood. We can not wait to host you at our little village by the sea,

My husband and I spent a week at Castaway Condo. The condo was bright and airy, beautifully decorated, and very clean. It was equipped with everything that we needed and more. The Carillion gated community was beautiful. We visited several stores and restaurants that were just steps from the condo. Carillion Beach was beautiful. We rented an umbrella and beach chairs, which were set up daily for us. I highly recommend Castaway condo. Our host, Janet, was the best. She sent us several texts with events that were going on in the community. Thanks, Janet, for the great stay. We will definitely book again.

Perfect place for a relaxing getaway!

Went here for a girls trip and absolutely loved it! There were four of us and it was the perfect space for us. We didn’t have a car so this was a great spot for convenience - everything we needed was close! We could listen to live music on the balcony and enjoyed checking out the pizza place and coffee shop. Janet was so helpful with recommendations, quick responses, and anything we needed. She’s the best! Access to different pools was a great perk and the beach is beautiful. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo in wonderful location!

We had the best week at Carillon staying in Castaway! Janet was amazing and had great communication. The condo was very nice and we absolutely loved the location. The walk to the beach was short in such a peaceful neighborhood. The provided wagon and chairs were a great bonus. There are also great shops and food right below the condo. We were so sad to leave and would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

Overall, we had a great stay for a parents getaway. The condo was clean, great location, and exactly as pictured. We ran into a couple minor issues, and the host assisted with resolving them right away. She was extremely responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely amazing unit! We went for a girls weekend and had the BEST time! Everything far exceeded our expectations and Janet could not have been more helpful and thorough with everything! Close to everything and the beach was secluded as mentioned in description. Cannot wait to stay at Castaway again soon!

Castaway Comfort

This was an idealplace to stay. Huge balcony with comfortable seating. New beach chairs and umbrella. Lovely community with amenities. The beach was so close. I want to come back!!

Great Stay in Carillon

This is a great condo for a couple or solo traveler, the listing looks and is described exactly how it is in person. The owners are very communicative and there are ample starter supplies for “the essentials”. Strap on the beach chairs, walk 5 minutes through the beautiful Carillon neighborhood, and you are on the beach in no time. The 3 community pools were nice and the condo is located just above a pizza restaurant with full bar, two morning coffee options, as well as a little general store for souvenirs or grocery items.

Everything you want and more

I’ll start off by saying that communication with the owner was not only efficient by an unexpected plus. The condo is exactly what you would want for a family of 4. This was our 6th visit to Carillon in the past 3 years and this unit was the best condo we have stayed in. The balcony was awesome and for once the bed and TV’s were great. I would book this place again in a heartbeat. Thanks for the awesome Spring Break

Great experience

The property is super cute and kept very clean! It is in a prime area - safe, close to the beach, close lots of shops and restaurants, and close to grocery stores. They were great at communicating with me and very reachable if there were any questions. I would recommend this area to anybody and especially this condo! I will definitely be returning in the future!

Top notch customer service!

My husband and young son stayed and the condo was great - very clean, they were generous with all the start up items (paper towels, TP, soaps, etc.) which is a small thing but makes a huge difference. They even provided beach towels which is great! The condo itself is cute and beachy. Everything is in good, well kept shape. The chairs, umbrella and wagon that were provided were convenient and nice - it slimmed down our packing for the drive down. The beach was lovely and clean and as promised, just a 5 minute walk from the condo. We came the first week of the "off season" and at times had the beach basically to ourselves. We visited 2 of the pools and those were clean and well-kept. We did encounter an issue toward the end of our stay - the AC went out in the whole building. Melanie was very responsive and worked with us on getting the technicians in. Ultimately, the team fixed the issue but the condo couldn't cool in time (to no fault of Melanie's) and we could stand another 80+ degree night. It was the night before we were scheduled to leave so Melanie worked with us on refunding the night so we could find a cooler place to stay. It was a bummer but Melanie made the situation easy and worked with us so graciously. We recommend this place and condo! Great for a beach getaway!

Divine condo on the coast

This was our first stay in Carillon Beach. We happened upon this area by accident on Vrbo, and it is absolutely a hidden gem! Our condo was beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. Melanie was quick to respond to the questions I had before checking in. We were pleased to find that there was enough hand soap, dish soap and detergent, and laundry detergent to get us through the whole week! The only things I would suggest adding are a few extra bed blankets (the one downstairs is thin and my kids were a bit chilly), a wi-fi extender for the upstairs loft (the wi-fi really did not work well up there), and a floor lamp for the living room. The location was great - the condo is right above the pizza place, and the balcony provided a great view of the market street. We enjoyed eating on the balcony, watching the sunset. The condo is an easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach and pool. The whole community is so lovely and well-designed. We hope to come back again! Thank you!

Carillon Beach Gem

We absolutely loved our stay at the Castaway condo. Check-in was seamless and upon arrival we were so happy to find a clean, tastefully decorated space that was perfect for myself, my husband and our two kids. You will feel right at home the moment you walk-in. There is a full kitchen and living space downstairs that we took full advantage of. The extra large balcony was a perk and the market lights in the evening were absolutely charming. We truly had everything we needed for the perfect beach get away. Chairs, a wagon, and beach towels to name just a few. On top of how great the condo itself is, the location is incredible, right at the entrance to the carillon beach community. The coffee shop and pizza restaurant in the shops below were delicious and so convenient. The neighborhood is so beautiful and the beach was an easy 5 minute walk. Access to the pools was a must for our 2 kids and we loved swimming after enjoying the day at the GORGEOUS, private beach. We had friends staying in the downtown Panama City area about 15 minutes away who couldn’t believe how beautiful and quiet our stretch of beach was compared to the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas. Publix was also directly across the street and we loved being just 5 minutes from Rosemary beach. We ended up needing to extend our stay and Melanie was so amazing and responsive. She got it all set up for us and was such a great host. I can’t say enough positive things about our stay. Memories for a lifetime!

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT

This is the only condo we will be staying in from now on. We have stayed in Carillon several times before and it is the most amazing and beautiful place on earth. This area never disappoints. But this condo is the perfect place at the perfect beach. The hosts were on top of all communication during our stay and were extremely nice. The condo has everything you need for your stay including two very nice beach chairs and a wagon. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was how clean it smelled. Not, just had bleach on the floors clean, but just really clean. The patio over looks the downtown area and it is lit up and amazing at night. It looks like it should be a romantic movie. The whole neighborhood does. I have seen reviews for Carillon before complaining about the distance to the beach but it is exactly 5 minutes from the elevator to the beach. And that is not getting in any hurry. Never waiting on the elevators and a short walk is way better to me than being 20 stories up, waiting 10 minutes for a crowded elevator, then fighting for a spot on the beach. And the beaches here are never crowded. I could write all day about this condo and this area but it truly is the best of everything. It isn't crowded and crazy like 30A or PCB. This is more like being in a laid back island town.

Great stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The communication was incredible and quick responses. We felt that we had almost everything we needed and if we didn’t they were able to help accommodate what was needed to be replenished. We loved the cute condo and had an incredible vacation. Highly recommend staying!
