Unit 105 @ Carillon Beach has it all! Newly renovated to include full stove and oven. Stay in the cozy studio condo, visit the general store, have lunch at the beach cafe or Pizza place all onsite. Rent bikes, paddle boards, hit the gym or enjoy yoga. All on-site. Also enjoy the beautiful pools and hot tubs. One pool overlooks the beach. Playground, tennis courts, pickleball, basketball courts - something for everyone! First floor walks out to lake with short walk to beach. Pets allowed with extra fee of $100 per stay but are not allowed on beds, furniture or sofa. Additional $150 cleaning fee is charged if hair is found on linens or couches. Shark Vac provided for easy hair clean ups on floor. Cooking pots/pans, utensils and dishes provided. King size bed in master and queen pullout sofa in living area. Ring camera at entry only for security purposes. Laundry facilities on the 4th floor with easy elevator access.

The condo was spacious. Bed and pull out couch were comfortable. The AC was remarkable! Very walkable community. Great catch and release lake outside the condo. Not far from Panama City Beach and a lot of activities but far enough away to get some peace and quiet.

Winter getaway

Very nice stay, condo has everything you need, only thing missing is a recliner. Very clean and well stocked, great place to walk, beautiful beaches, great place to be with pets. We enjoyed our stay and the hot tub too.

Great short visit to FL panhandle

We once again enjoyed our stay at Carillon Condo in Sunnyside. Host responded quickly to our request. Property was clean, updated and had all the supplies we needed. Will return!!

Fabulous stay

We were a bit concerned because the address provided in the listing was Rosemary Beach but we were actually 2.5 miles from Rosemary Beach. But we loved the place. Size was perfect. View was beautiful. Dog friendly. And when we actually had the chance to walk around, we saw the gorgeous neighborhood, pools and spectacular beach (even though it was 28 degrees out.). We particularly appreciated the coffee shop just steps away (and how dog friendly they also are). We hope to be back soon.

The good and the bad

First the good. Bed was VERY comfortable and shower was excellent. Host Cassie was very responsive and answered texts almost immediately. She resolved what she could but some aspects not her responsibility. Now the bad. Very small condo. Grounds were overgrown and main pool was filthy and both hot tubs did not work. Several of the shops were closed for renovations. However, we were given access to to three other pools in the Carrillon complex, all requiring several minutes walk. Ice maker in fridge on the blink but Cassie offered to reimburse us for ice purchases. No oven in kitchen ( did have toaster oven) and limited cooking supplies. Overall we loved the area and met numerous nice people. Hopefully grounds issues, pool and renovations will be done next year as we already booked for February 24 ( different condo).

Pet friendly

I stayed here for the weekend on a short trip. I brought my two little cavaliers and they had a blast. The place was very clean and pet friendly. Met the neighbors and their pups also. They were very kind. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and overlooking the lake in the evenings when the sun set.
