Red Bud Sycamore is one of a small group of custom-built townhomes in Sycamore Cove, a quiet residential pocket on Asheville's southeast side. The Blue Ridge Parkway is less than a mile from the front door, which makes it easy to start the day at a mountain overlook and still be in town for dinner.

Inside, the main level is bright and open. The kitchen has granite countertops, plenty of prep space, and a drip coffee maker for slow mornings, and it flows straight into the living room, where a smart TV and comfortable seating make it easy for everyone to settle in after a day out. The furniture was sourced from a local Asheville boutique, so the home feels considered and personal rather than like a standard rental. When the group wants a little breathing room, the recreation room has its own TV and space to spread out.

The home has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms and sleeps up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom includes its own TV for winding down at night. Every bathroom has a custom tiled shower and granite counters, and a washer and dryer make longer stays easier.

Out back, the patio is set up for easy evenings. Fire up the gas grill for dinner, then move over to the wood-burning fire pit once the mountain air cools off.

The location works well for both sides of an Asheville trip. The Blue Ridge Parkway Visitor Center is just up the road, with an easy loop trail and rangers who can point you toward the best overlooks, and the Mountains-to-Sea Trail runs right through the area. Downtown's restaurants, galleries, and live music are a short drive away, and so is The Biltmore Estate. For a bigger day trip, Chimney Rock and Lake Lure are both within about a 30-minute drive.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
