Was very clean and the host was very responsive and accommodating. Very nice touch having a tray of goodies on the counter when we arrived. I would certainly stay there again.

Cute place, but dirty. Dirty linens. Moldy sheets. Hair in sheets, shower, beds, pillows.Used bandaid in the sink.Roaches in the entry way and laundry.Owner was unwilling to refund us and said she was the one that stayed there the week before. So they probably stayed there and didn’t want to pay for professional cleaners. We booked 6 days, couldn’t stay more than 2 nights because we kept finding nasty dirty linens, dirty towels, and hair everywhere. There are some redeeming factors, though. The rental is charming, updated, and the AC blows cold.

Grand daughter's graduation from Eckerd

There were 6 of us staying, and even though it was only for a couple of days, it was delightful. The location was excellent and easily walkable to the Marina and restaurants. I would have loved to have stayed longer, but our time was limited. It was a charming place and very comfortable.

Suited our needs perfectly!

This house had absolutely everything we needed for our ladies weekend. We also appreciated the paper products, Keurig pods, comfortable seating etc. The back porch and yard gave us extra relaxation space. We felt perfectly safe in the quaint neighborhood. The owner responded to question’s immediately,. The downstairs shower was hard to figure out at first Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful

Our weekend stay was absolutely amazing! The photos of the house online do NOT do it justice. It’s a beautiful home, located 20-30 minutes away from all the beaches! Quiet little neighborhood, Michelle was a wonderful host super friendly, attentive and easy going. We can’t wait to stay again! :)

Perfect location, quiet neighborhood

Loved how quiet this location was. Backyard was nice with little putting green. Walking distance to eating and river and marina. Would stay here again! I really loved the walks we had every day around the neighborhood too!

Nicely decorated but lacks maintenance

Nicely laid out. Plenty of room for everyone. Floors were soft in many places. Master bath needs maintenance, has a musty smell. Previous guests locked guest bathroom so we did not have access to it. Someone came to fix it but was late and would have been extensive so opted for them to wait and not tear apart doorframe during our stay. Only one golf ball was there. A case was sent via Amazon to correct the issue but was not able to use them. Kitchen lacks resources such as baking dishes and mixing bowls, measuring cups. Did have kcups and some seasonings. Could have been cleaner. Spider/dust webs in areas. Dirty sponge was left for us to use in kitchen. No kitchen towels. Popcorn, 2 bottles of water and fruit snacks were left which was a nice thing that our daughter loved. We had a visit from the tax collector looking for the owner which was interesting. We did love the area. Nice walk to marina. We went to dinner at Mila’s on the Manatee. I highly DO NOT recommend going there. Food was subpar and so was service.

Palmetto

This is an older home that’s been tastefully renovated. We found the beds and furniture very comfortable. The walk-in shower is very nice too. Our host Michelle was very easy to work with and always quick to respond. We appreciated all the many extras that were supplied such as coffee, detergents and trash bags to name a few. The area is quaint and quiet. We found that it was a 45 minute drive though to the beaches on Anna Maria due to heavy traffic which was disappointing for us.
