The pool house just off the back of the home features a full size daybed and full bath. You will love the southern charm of this home while relaxing by the pool or having morning coffee on the front porch swing. There are many restaurants & shops w/in walking distance as well as local parks & preserves. If you love the beach, this home is just a short drive to FL's beautiful beaches.

Cottage was perfect for our winter getaway. It was well equipped, my father loved the pool and screened porch and the pool house was great for our adult daughter and fiancé.

Perfect location and home for our short stay. Easy access to St. Petersburg and Tampa. The immediate area and the restaurants/shops in Bradenton were diverse and delicious. The house is lovely and the pool is fantastic. The pool is easy to access with warm water, beautiful surroundings and endless fun.

Palmetto Plus

Great place to stay and so close to Emerson Point Preserve and not too far from Robinson Preserve. And the Clam House Restaurant and Banyan Coffee are close by as well. The home has everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

This home is lovely! Everything was incredibly clean & Jessica was a courteous host! My crew was 3 moms and our 3 sons visiting for a soccer event. There was plenty of room for all of us. Cooking for 3 strapping young men, we would have liked a bigger pan, but we made it work. Also they ate cereal out of cups because there was no bowls that could be used for cereal. But nothing earth shattering. The marina is in walking distance & is a lovely walk. We had dinner with a view at Riverhouse Waterfront Restaurant & I had the best toasted coconut ice cream at Frosty Oasis!

Our adult children visited us for New Years staying at this beautiful little cottage. They very much enjoyed their stay and the accommodations. Definitely would stay here again. Hosts were very responsive in all communications.

Amazing cottage near the beach!

We loved our stay very very much!!! This cottage has everything you need for a memorable stay! The home has a beachy vacation feel to it for sure. The hosts were wonderful, they responded to our messages quickly with any questions we had. We had such a great time that we extended our stay 1 extra night. Clean, cute and neat

Comfortable cottage on somewhat busy street in Palmetto. Within reach of Bradenton beaches and near a couple nice nature preserves. Pool was always the perfect temperature and poolside offered sunny lounging. Communication with hosts was easy and helpful.

Nice property.

Really enjoyed our 2 day stay. If I can make a few comments...bbq grill caught fire (!) and needs to be cleaned. As a homeowner myself, I would recommend cleaning the debris off the roofs-especially the pool house. I would definitely stay there again.

Awesome place and property owner Steve

Everything was wonderful; Steve was super responsive to my questions and truly cares about people staying at there place. The pool was super clean and just the right temperature for day or night swimming. The small house was super as I am a grandpa and was treating my daughter family; in the evening when I got tired I had a great place to go and relax. Thank’s Steve for sharing your great place.

Clean and comfortable

Property is nicely renovated. Beds in main house are very comfortable. Small, heated pool was perfect for relaxing after the beach. Location on corner got busy sometimes but it's very convenient to Palmetto attractions and much of Bradenton. It was fun to sit on the front porch at night. We would stay here again.

No privacy, no hot tub

Owner’s hover and bug you constantly. There’s no hot tub it’s a little pool. Third bedroom shack is locked.
