We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Coco Bay Estates is a large gated development located between Playas del Coco and Playa Ocotal.  Tucked off the main road, you are just a 5-minute drive to the shops and restaurants of Playas del Coco.  Guests can access the development's Clubhouse which is home to a large pool, gym, tennis courts, and pickleball courts as well as a delicious restaurant, Sugoi. 

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia.  Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!

- Coco Bay Estates is a gated community between Playas del Coco and Playa Ocotal, just 5 minutes from shops, restaurants, and the beach. Guests enjoy Clubhouse access with a large pool, gym, tennis/pickleball courts, and Sugoi, a local favorite restaurant.
- The property is located 35 minutes from Guanacaste Airport (LIR)
- Nearby activities include boat trips, ziplining, waterfalls, hot springs, hiking, mud baths, river tours, scuba diving, sport fishing, and cultural experiences
- For your convenience, we recommend a rental car or golf cart during your stay — we’re happy to assist with arrangements. The home is tucked in a quiet area and is not easily walkable.
- High-speed Starlink Wi-Fi, keyless entry, safe, private laundry, ductless A/C in all bedrooms and living areas

Guests will be most comfortable with a rental car or golf cart for their stay, which we can assist with! The home is not easily accessible by foot. We do not recommend this home without transportation.

VARIABLE PRICING - Base pricing for this house starts for groups of 4.  Guests 5+ are charged $25/pp/night. This variable pricing structure allows groups of all sizes to enjoy the home.  Please be sure to enter your accurate group size for proper pricing.
