Cette incroyable maison avec vue sur l'océan est à seulement 100 pieds de l'océan Pacifique. Vous pouvez profiter de promenades relaxantes sur la plage de sable, nager dans la baie de l'océan familiale et revenir pour un plongeon d'eau douce dans l'intimité de votre propre piscine. Dans la soirée, profitez des couchers de soleil inoubliables du Costa Rica depuis le balcon meublé du 2ème étage ou le belvédère ombragé du 3ème étage.

Best Vacation Rental Ever!!!

I could rave all day about how amazing this property and host was. The beach was a super short walk away, and the hosts were so helpful and kind all the way from booking the property until the day I left. I would definitely visit again!

Perfect spot

We loved the home and the fact that every bedroom had a comfortable king bed. Open floor plan and multiple outdoor locations to enjoy a meal together (table by pool, also table up on rooftop deck). Very clean pool and beautiful home. Very close to a grocery store, restaurants, and the beach!

Awesome house!

We loved our stay here! Our group was 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 8-13). The house size was perfect for us and the location was awesome. The house manager was unbelievably helpful and kind. We would definitely stay again!

Great holiday

My husband & I stayed in the house with 2 other couples January/25, the pool & yard is beautiful, we had Howler Monkeys nearby almost every day, it is in a great location & very close to the beach, the bedrooms are all very nice, the kitchen needs some work, cement counter was terrible & the cupboards are falling apart, the pictures need to be updated. Overall it was a great holiday

Beautiful Beach Home

Our group of six enjoyed every day of our stay in this beautiful home! Everything we needed was provided for this visit. We felt welcome as soon as we entered the front door. Marie is a fantastic host and we had great communication during our stay. The pool is beautiful and is maintained daily. I highly recommend this home!

This was our second trip to the area, and we absolutely loved everything about this house. Proximity to the beach and communication was stellar. We truly enjoy the pool every day as it is a shaded area. The house is absolute perfection, and we would come back in a heartbeat.

Great times with friends

There were 7 of us on this trip. We planned it almost a year ago as soon as we did the host contacted us and from that point on everything went perfect. The area is very kicked back and enjoyable. The host provided transportation from airport so we rented a golf cart. I would recommend that anyone do the same it is the perfect way to get around in this area.

Beautiful house steps from the beach

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Circa Del Mar. we traveled with our family of six (“kids” ages 20, 17, 12, 10). The house was a perfect size. Potrero is a lovely dark sand beach and the house is just steps from the beach. We enjoyed cooking at home and also trying a few of the restaurants in town. The hosts were incredibly attentive, making the check-in process super smooth and checking in with us via What’s App throughout our stay.

Paradise PURA Vida style!

House was fabulous! Loved the location very close to Potrero beach!😎 we rented 2 golf carts from ECCR. Easy & fun way to get to many areas. Christelle is a wonderful property manager! She was so helpful from booking of house to organizing taxi & suggestions for tours!

Casa Cerca del Mar

Overall this place was in a good location & having a pool to ourselves was fantastic! Benito the gardener & Silvia the cleaning lady were excellent & very helpful & Saioa, the manager was very helpful with everything we asked of getting! The bedrooms were comfortable & having our own bathrooms was great. The only complaint; the pool loungers & chairs need cushions. We found most of the chairs were uncomfortable. Tom was extremely easy to deal with & answered all enquiries quickly. All in all, 2 weeks flew by & we're all sorry to be going home to the cold.

Amazing location and close to everything

I loved this property. It was very clean, very comfortable, air conditioning worked very well, lots of space, nice pool, very beautifully landscaped, right on a very nice and calm beach (perfect for kids), well stocked, very quiet neighborhood and secure (Electronic gate, alarm system, etc), and it was very close to everything, especially Flamingo and Las Catalinas. The owner was amazing, very friendly, very helpful, and very welcoming... i accidentally left my $250 portable Wi-Fi at a restaurant the night before we left, and didn’t realize it until i was half way back to the airport. The owner went and got it for me and is going to mail it to me. Exceptional property owner, and amazing property. Will definitely stay again!

Great Family Vacation

We stayed at this property for a week after my daughter's wedding near Liberia. My family of 8 adults and 1 child were visited by our new family one day and we had a great time at the pool getting to know one another. The house is as advertised; spacious, clean and well equipped. The house is approximately 4 km down a stone road with many good restaurant choices. There are numerous beaches that each have their own benefits. Unfortunately the red tide was in during our stay so we used the pool every day. We also took the boat to Palo Verde which was excellent and did some offshore fishing catching snapper for dinner. I would highly recommend this property and Saioa, the property manager, was most helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

It is an algae over-growth that occurs naturally from time to time in coastal areas around the world. A Great House!

We were a group of 3 couples and this house was perfect for us. We spent very little time in it but when we did it was very comfortable and clean. We took full advantage of the outdoor seating areas and especially enjoyed coffee in the morning on the crows nest watching the Howler Monkeys and evening cocktails for sunset. If there was anything at all we needed Christelle and Chan were available to answer a questions and make it happen. The preferred way of communication is WhatsApp so best to have that available. The grounds and pool were tended to on a regular basis. We looked forward to Chan and Christelle visits and happy smiles. The groundskeeper and cleaning people were all efficient and polite as well. We rented golf carts and were so happy we did! Although many things are walkable you can explore much more! They are also terrific for grocery runs!

A great place to stay!

We took our first trip to Costa Rica for Christmas with 3 adult children and significant others. It was a great experience and this property was just right for us. Three first floor bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and a master bedroom upstairs was perfect for our group. Each room has its own AC unit. Marie the property manager was very friendly, helpful and responsive. We rented golf carts which were delivered the day we arrived and Marie arranged to meet them at the house for the drop off before we arrived. (If you want golf carts in Potrero, look up Chip and Jennifer Little. They’re awesome too). We had chef Gustavo come and cook Christmas breakfast for us which was fun and delicious. His contact info is in the guest materials. The beach is across the street. Not the most beautiful beach in the world, but nice to have nearby and an easy walk south to the Potrero restaurants. We took the kayaks out one day and had a great time. The pool area is very comfortable when you’re not out and about, and a landscaper came and tended to the pool and yard almost daily. I highly recommend this property. I would definitely stay there again. Marie is awesome!

40th Birthday Getaway

Pura Vida! The house was perfect for us four girls. Ample room to lounge by pool area, living room, the 2nd floor balcony and the eagle nest. We loved that each room was big and had its own bathroom. We felt very safe walking during the day and night on the beach. If you go to the right on the beach there is Las Brisas, restaraunt right on the beach and to the left you will find A few restaurants and shops. Make sure you have Breakfast at The Shack and get the Tico...yummy! the house has an alarm system that will be explained by Saioa, property manager, who has a wealth of information. We used Eder, the driver, to pick us up and drop us off at airport as well as for a beach hopping day. One day we went sailing on a private 40 ft sailboat with Captain Jack for half the day. Pick up was right infront of Las Brisas about a 15 min walk on beach. You won't regret choosing this house- it's a quick walk to an almost private beach, you have beach views, a pool, a bathroom for each room, very nice people working for Tom for numerous years, AC and ceiling fans, yummy restaruants near by and beautiful beaches surrounding Casa Cerca del Mar. Pura Vida!

Paradise

We loved our stay at Casa Cerca Del Mar. We had 8 adults and 1 child. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house is a stones throw from the beach which was practically deserted. We loved the Costa Rica Sailing Center which we could walk to from the beach. Great food and the owners are informative and nice. We rented a golf cart which made getting around easier, especially since we did not rent a car. Golf carts/super buggy's do need to rented in advance and seem to be in short supply. I would definitely recommend the Sunset Tour through Pinache. They picked us at the house and dropped us off. The catamaran was beautiful. The staff was very professional. They supplied, towels, snorkel gear, paddle boards etc. Food and dinner were also included. We spent a lot of time around the pool so my only suggestion would be that improvements could be made with the patio furniture. There were no cushions for the lounge chairs which were hard plastic and there weren't enough chairs for all of us to sit around the table which was small. Otherwise the staff was great and very helpful. Soioa lined up a personal chef which I would also highly recommend doing one night.

Better Than Pictures Can Describe

Our stay here was perfect in every way. The pictures don’t do it justice. Just a few steps away from the beach and very close to restaurants, grocery & more. Playa Flamingo is also just a 5-10 min drive away but we preferred the relaxing, calmer water of Playa Potrero, the beach you see in the photos. This is THE location for perfect sunsets. Also a very cool little restaurant about 5 min walk down the beach called Las Brisas. The house was very clean with a great setup for our group. Loved having a king size bed and bathroom for every room. Also felt very secure with the electronic gate and alarm system. Communication with Christelle was easy with WhatsApp & Sylvia, the housekeeper ensured our arrival, departure and cleaning were flawless.

It was love at first sight! A unique 3-level home in a quiet exclusive neighborhood...Beautiful private garden... Monkeys visiting the mango tree next to our own pool... The sounds and sights of the ocean from our master bedroom...How much better could it be???

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The big plus of this villa is location: mere steps from the beach, and close to restaurants, convenience stores, and bars. The beach skirts the protected warm safe and picturesque bay ideal for swimming- no hidden rocks, no riptides. Despite these ideal conditions, we've seldom seen more than a handful of people on the beach at any one time, lending the feel that the bay is all yours to enjoy!

We highly recommend a visit to Playa Penca, just North of Las Brisas. It's an exquisite little beach with white sands, great shade trees, and crystal clear water. Two miles in the opposite direction is the equally spectacular Playa Flamingo. Don't miss it!
