This cottage is close to everything! Less than 5 minutes from Chuck's Marina, Niffer's, Oskar's & nearby marinas for boat rentals, as well as hiking trails and a local winery!

Interior Features include: Smart TVs in all bedrooms & Living room, all toiletries included and fully stocked kitchen. Keurig single cup & coffee pot combo, K-Cups & Grounds provided, blender, toaster, toaster oven, wine opener, spice rack, ziplock bags, Tupperware, pots & pans, casserole dishes, paper towels, toilet paper, WiFi, two hair dryers, iron & ironing board, 4 Docking/Charging stations, & all of the baby/kid essentials that you may need.

Exterior Features: This home is situated on a 2+ acre lot that features a large backyard and is situated in a very quiet cove (no big wake - boats coming into the cove are staying/living in the cove), Smart TV on Screened Porch - perfect for game days/nights or movie nights, Blackstone Gas Grill - gas included, 2 Kayaks, Corn hole boards, fire pit with Adirondack chairs & s'mores kit, hammock, and a dock that can fit up to two boats (boat pictured not included).

Parking: Driveway can fit 4-6 vehicles, depending on the size.

Beautiful cottage on Lake Martin

The hosts were super thoughtful and attentive, the property was well stocked, furnished and beautifully decorated. We had 3 adults and 3 teenagers. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and hope to return again next summer!

Thanksgiving Getaway to the Lake

Beautiful place! Lots of room for the kiddos to adventurize. Cozy, fresh rooms. Great location. Everything we needed for us, our son and his wife, and our grandkids. Host (Alexis) was very friendly and responsive to my questions. Definitely plan on returning someday!

It pictures a lakeside view, there was only mud and no water. They should have to disclose this. We rented the house to sit by the water to relax and fish and we were unable to do that. They also said they had a corn hole game. They did but only had four bags. The other two looked like they were eaten by rats in their filthy shed. I emailed the host about the outside tv not working. She said she would talk to her husband and I never heard back from her. The hammock was faced down in the mud. We have stayed at many VRBO’s and this was by far the worst

Great Getaway!

Updated property in a comfortable, quiet location. Screened porch is great, nice sized yard, lots of windows provide lots of natural light. Found everything I needed in the kitchen. Communication with the owner was quick, easy, and always friendly.

Parents visiting Auburn student

Great place to spend a quiet weekend with our child that is a student at Auburn. Get your groceries in Auburn and then spend the whole weekend hanging out in the various sitting areas. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Nicely updated place. We had a great stay and would come back.

Really appealing lake house- comfortable and cozy. Exactly what we needed to relax. It was considered winter time so lake was down, but we still enjoyed the views, fire pit and family time playing the games that were provided. Thanks for the wine as well. Until next time.

Definitely a few maintenance issues but a beautiful location!

From the initial booking it had everything we wanted! Great location plenty of rooms and outdoor seating by lake with lights and included a lake pad!Upon arrival we noticed they did not have the lake pad and the lighting on the lake deck did not work. The light on the porch that has the blackstone grill did not work either so we had to grill with flashlights but that’s not the end of the world! Other than lighting issues and no lake pad like originally listed overall had an amazing time!

Cozy Cottage for the Win

The cottage is lovely, on a private road and quiet cover. We rented a pontoon and spent every day on the lake or swimming, paddle boarding off the dock. The home is very well equipped, master bed comfy and communication with the owner was flawless. Check in and out processes were straight forward and smooth. We would definitely come back. Thanks for a fantastic week.

Wonderful stay

Absolutely loved our stay at this house. Alexis was on top of messages before we arrived and throughout our stay. The house is advertised beautifully, and yet it’s even better in person (so much so that it had me looking up properties in the area for sale). The house was very clean. I loved the location as it was close to Auburn AND it was on a quieter inlet from the lake. My kids (9,7 and 4) enjoyed hanging on the dock every morning while I enjoyed my coffee. My parents stayed with us and commented on the comfortable beds. I cannot wait to stay here again.

Cozy Getaway

We absolutely loved staying here! It was our first time at Lake Martin and this property did not disappoint! They had everything you could think of from kayaks to a fire pit with s’mores kit to even smaller details like parchment paper and plenty of games and books for the kids. Honestly, probably one of the best places I’ve stayed through Vrbo. My kids and parents were with us for this trip and we had the best time. The kids loved the bunk rooms and there was a TV in every bedroom, even out on the patio! They definitely made it where you can relax here, literally nothing to worry about because every detail has been taken care of! Would recommend over and over again!
