Welcome to our cozy condo conveniently located in Rodanthe with beautiful ocean views. Located near the pier and several restaurants to choose from.

Come enjoy nights in RODANTHE!! Where you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the calming sounds of the ocean.

Very nice community with private parking, pool, grilling stations and private walk boardwalk to the beach.

- 1 min. walk to beach with nice flat boardwalk straight to it
- Elevator right outside the condo
- Several grilling stations through the community (grills are prohibited on the balcony)

- Corn hole and horse shoes are set up on the property with shared use for the community
- Outdoor shower and rinse off area

About the Area:
- Walking distance to the pier
- Short drive to convenient stores and restaurants

Perfect

The condo was spotless, attractive and very well stocked. The high quality beach towels were a welcome surprise. Description was accurate and price was reasonable. We will definitely rent this condo again.

Excellent place, excellent host, wonderful time!

Everything about our stay was great! The host communicated well and check-in was a breeze. The unit was beautiful and spacious and the location fantastic! It does sleep 6 but the couches are not sofa beds so there is no linen for the 5th and 6th person but we made do and there is plenty of space!

A perfect place for us. Quiet and close to ocean. Having pool nearby was a plus. I spent a alot time on the deck enjoying the ocean breeze and reading. We couldn't ask for better hosts. Super nice and super responsive. Thank you Robert!

Made us want to come back to the Outer Banks

We enjoyed our stay at Waves. The condo was exactly what we needed - spacious, light and located at the beach! Plenty of room for my wife, two teenage sons and me. The pool was a nice addition even with being so closely located to the beach. The condo’s location in Rodanthe is beautiful, a much more natural habitat than we were expecting. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of this location on the Outer Banks!

Great time

We had a great time. The condo had everything we needed. We also found the salt and pepper in the cabinet above the stove (I am mentioning that because of a prior review). Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed it so much.

Great little place

We had a great time in Rodanthe and felt home away from home in this comfy, cozy condo. Only thing that wasn’t as expected was the master bathroom geriatric shower that took some getting used to. All and all it was a wonderful stay!

OBX Fun

Everything was great and the host communicated with me fast and with accuracy. This is not a criticism, but other guests that frequent VRBO properties might find it helpful. Most of the locations we have stayed at have a spice cabinet with common spices...this property does not....bring your own salt and pepper :)

Nice Beach Getaway

I enjoyed myself here. I didn't spend much time in the apartment because i was enjoying myself in the outdoors with friends. However, I found the apartment to be comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the amenities were great. The balcony was lovely. The only one down side is, the shower in the master bedroom is a better fit for an elderly person. Overall, I had a wonderful time at the beach and in the surrounding areas of the OBX.

Great location
with a few extra unwanted guests

We booked this property months ago, so we did not benefit from the most current reviews that mentioned roaches. The property is an easy walk to the beach which was one of the few highlights of this condo. After arriving, we started unpacking and immediately noticed the condo was not thoroughly cleaned. We moved a side table in a bedroom and there were a bunch of clothing tags strewn on the ground. The lamps were dusty. But the kicker was the roach in the bathroom. The owner called it a “water bug” but it was a roach. After a difficult night’s sleep, we awoke to another roach crawling on the bedroom wall. Also, be aware the shower off the main bedroom is a cramped walk in bathtub (there are no pictures of this outdated surprise in the listing). While the owner was very communicative and overall the condo was comfortable, I would not feel comfortable recommending this property to someone unless the roach issue is resolved
and fire the cleaners.

Rodanthe Oceanfront Condo.

Great little condo on ocean. Clean cozy and nicely decorated. Would recommend as a great place to stay. Only comment that I would add is that this condo is stated to sleep 6 and the condo only has 2 twin beds and a King bed. Not sure where the other 2 folks would stay.

Nice location but poorly maintained property

Nice location with short walk to oceanfront beach. 2nd floor unit had a number of maintenance issues such as dishwasher bottom rack missing one corner wheels, weak AC circulation in bedrooms, low hot water pressure, freezer side of refrigerator not fully functioning with inside snow flakes forming on food, no ice maker, no garbage disposal in kitchen sink, live cockroach found in kitchen, elevator stop functioning for 2 days.

Last minute OBX trip

Appreciated the baby proofing, all outlets were covered. Great location and enjoyed the morning sunrises! Love the decor of the condo very homey and beds we’re comfortable!

Catching in the end of summer

The location is right on the beach ~ 1/2 way between Nag's Head and Hattaras. the condo is very close to the beach. We had to shorten our stay a bit because of the Tropical storm what was rolling through but we had three great nights and days. It is pretty much just like the pictures.

A Calamity of Errors

It definitely needs upgrades and attention. All 40 watt bulbs throughout condo. Washer and dryer didn't work. Circuit breaker was found hidden under a picture, in bathrm, after power failed, in area. WIFI was hidden in end table with no nob to open it. On a good note. We had the best feedback from new owner With good upgrades throughout, we would love it!

Oceanfront weekend getaway

We had not planned an OBX week this year due to other vacation plans - but we just needed a taste of OBX. This was perfect! Comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, spacious balcony - and just steps to the beach! Host was super easy to communicate with - 2 check-in issues were handled quickly - with grace!
