Serenity on Snook is an island beach house in Avon, NC. Beach going families can enjoy this newly renovated organic oasis minutes from the beach. A 10 minute leisurely walk to public beach access, coffee shop and dining. A 5 minute drive to 4x4 beach access or the Avon Fishing Pier. Just 10 minutes from the calm, sound side beach and kitesurfing at Canadian Hole! This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom beach house features spacious coastal boho vibes and amenities to ensure you have a clean, comfortable, eco friendly place to make lasting family memories throughout the years.

With a thoughtful layout, balancing privacy and togetherness, Serenity on Snook is equipped for both long or short stays.

Booking Considerations:
- During peak season (June-August) we are only able to accommodate Sunday check-in / check out for full week stays. Thank you for your understanding
- Prior to a booking request being approved, to protect the Guest a Vacation Rental Lease agreement stating rental rates, terms and house rules will require an e-signature per North Carolina Vacation Rental Act. Thank you for your understanding.

Other things to note:
Serenity on Snook is outfitted with smart locks, door and window sensors, and doorbell cameras on the exterior. Cameras will be disabled during rental periods to protect guest privacy.

Loaded with quality restaurants that can cater to those with food allergies, outdoor activities for all ages and being not as crowded as some larger towns it is easier to relax and enjoy. That is the point of vacation right? So come to Avon where within 10 minutes from your door you can easily find:
- 4x4 Beach Access
- Excellent surf fishing
- A beautiful pier for relaxation (or more fishing)
- Sound side Canadian Hole beach with calm, shallow water for the kids and great winds for kite surfing
- Beautiful Ocean side beaches with sand dune back drops and fewer crowds
- Weekly Farmers Market in season
