Jasmine is an amazing host and she always responded promptly if I had any questions or just simply needed anything! This property was very clean and well maintained. Jasmine made sure the kitchen was stocked with all necessities and the rooms were very comfy. My experience here was a 10/10 and I would definitely stay here again!

Close to all things in the area. Super neat place Clean and all the bells and whistles Proprietor was always in touch and in/out process was flawless. Suggested for sure

Great location

Everything was clean and neat and the location wasn’t far from anything. My only complaint is that it’s listed as one and a half bathrooms but our unit only had one. An extra bathroom would’ve been great for four adults.

Perfect

Outstanding from start to finish. Great location within a very short drive to everywhere you want to go. Right around the corner from a delicious taco place. Very safe and super clean. The host was great with communication. I wouldn’t change a thing.

Clean and perfectly located.

This property was very clean and quite new. Everything we could have needed was provided. It is located just far enough from downtown on a deadend street so you get your privacy. There is plenty of onsite parking provided if you bring vehicles. If headed to downtown i recommend a Lyft for around $8, this way you domt ha e to try and find somewhere to park. Thanks for the excellent accommodations.

The house is nice but the floor made our socks black within a few minutes. The couch & beds were not comfortable. It is a cute place but definitely needs better furniture. The train is also constantly going through & is right outside the door. Manager is very nice! has

Memphis

While we enjoyed our stay, we were a little concerned about the area when we turned onto the street where the property is located. In all honesty, it looked and felt sketchy - fences with barbed wire, empty lots and train tracks across the street from the residence. For two women traveling alone, we had cause for concern. However, it is on a dead-end street and ended up being safer than it first appeared. Also, be aware the location is on the flight path for the Memphis airport, so we did hear a fair share of planes the first night. Other nights we hardly heard any planes. Surprisingly, the trains came through very slowly and quietly. Our host was very quick to answer any questions. The residence is just as the pictures indicate. Very modern and looks to be fairly new. The location was convenient for commuting into downtown and the zoo. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Quick and easy check-in, interior was clean, cute keurig and coffee with flavors available, good location! Beds were horrible and furniture was just bad. Rear exterior was a literal wreck. My biggest issue was having a camera on the INTERIOR of the house in the main area. Exterior cameras are a must, I completely understand, but not an INTERIOR camera. Front door is keypad and rear door is NOT, and no key was given to us, so we spent the entire visit parked in back and walking thru the front. The host was very responsive and knowledgeable about the area and restaurants. Laundry pods were left for us and small details like trash bags and toilet paper were all ready to go on check-in. Walls are THIN. We had pot smokers on one side that literally smoked on the porch (they were very nice and unapologetic about smoking weed) and we had a family with unruly children (that checked in at 10:00 at night) on the other side of us. I'm still not over the interior camera.
