Greetings to all! I'm a native Memphian and love this town. As a well seasoned traveler; I consider myself a tourist more so than a vacationer. I enjoy travel to get away from the daily routine. But much more, I travel to experience differences in culture, geography, people, art and the things that make anyplace unique and special in its own right. I have visited 49 US States, seven Canadian Provinces, four Mexican States, four European Countries, three Asian countries, Austalia and New Zealand so far. My ultimate bucket list goal is to have visited all 50 states, the 10 official Canadian provinces and all 7 continents. I very much respect the rights of others and expect respect in return. The Evergreen/Vollintine/Rhodes View district is quite the gem of a neighborhood in the city of Memphis. It boasts some of the best vintage homes this city has to offer, and maintains the charm of it's past history.

It was love at first site when I came across this property. It feature a large front porch sitting area viewing out towards a small neighborhood park and the lovely campus of Rhodes College. There is a large rear yard with Koi Pond, Greenhouse, large deck and more out back. Close by is one ot Memphis's best walking/biking Greenline trails.
The inside features high cellings, barn sliding doors and real wood floor througout. The Youngstown Kitchen features a working vintage Tappan stove with nearby stainless counter perfect for small gatherings.
