John Ball Zoo was about a 20 min walk and Meijer Gardens was about a 10 min drive. Lots of food options within 20 min walk as well. Free parking was always available in front of the house. Small backyard with privacy fence and seating. Very happy with our stay!

The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, utensils, and organized nicely. They had plenty of towels and storage space, and having the living room made for a great space for the kids to have extra room to move around. The area was overall quiet and had easy access to the freeway, which was helpful as we were out and about all of the time. The host was quick to respond when I realized that I had forgotten something after checking out. Thanks for a great stay!

This is the second time we stayed at this property. I highly recommend it. It is very clean and stocked with everything you need. The beds are comfortable and it’s a super cozy house. Location is perfect to get downtown or GVSU. We would definitely stay a third time.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Westside Charmer! From the moment we walked in, it felt so welcoming and inviting. The chic decor made the space feel inviting, and everything was absolutely immaculate. We couldn’t wait to unpack and settle in!The host went above and beyond with all the little details. The Westside Charmer booklet was such a thoughtful touch and made it easy to know what to expect and where to go, with tons of great options within walking distance. She even thought to provide disposable travel cups for our morning coffee, which was such a simple but appreciated detail.We stayed with our three kids and loved being able to walk to the John Ball Zoo, YMCA, museums, libraries, and Bridge Street Market, all while enjoying the neighborhood along the way.On our last morning, the kids said “this feels like our real home” & NONE of us were ready to leave. We would happily stay here again!
