The place was exactly as it was advertised. Clean, good view of the ocean, and love the new playground and pirates bar. So many great things to do right at the resort. Would definitely go back again.

When it comes to renting at Topsail, I only chose to rent Sol Searching properties! They take away the stress of vacationing by providing everything. The rentals are always clean, and you have a personal concierge if you need anything. They truly make your stay stress free. You won’t be disappointed!

Overall good place and location. Definitely not prepared for humidity. Just wish there would’ve been some beach equipment since we were right next to itAlso supplies to wash clothes and extra toilet paper

Condo was great. The beach however was quite disappointing. There is very little beach left & a lot of debris.

First time in Topsail

We had a nice first visit to Topsail. The property was nice, clean, well equipped, had plenty of linens. The only issue we had was quickly addressed by the maintenance people. The property itself had plenty of amenities for a family trip to the beach.

Nice place but right now, you can't get to the beach due to the stairs being in the water. Wish we had know that before we went. Paid one day to go to the beach a few miles up the road. Does not seem right to stay ocean front and have to pay. King bed on the hard side. Queen one was ok. Comfortable living room furniture. Nice view and clean. Response time was fast when we had a question. Restaurant is nice. Rick's bar and grill also has good food.

Amazing weekend

Had a great stay with my kids aged 2 and 5. Weather was great, property right at the beach, just a short walk away. Location was not too crowded and we went on a holiday weekend. My kids loved the pool and the ice cream that was right there. The condo itself was clean and had soaps/detergents/etc to start us off! Requested a pack n play and sound machine which was thankfully available, which made packing easier. Host very responsive and gave plenty of information when checking in. Would love to come back!

The Regis , unit 3112

Betsy was awesome, spot on and easy for which to communicate. She was swift to respond to questions. The unit was very clean and well appointed. It was nicely decorated. The complex was steps to the ocean and had a lot of amenities. I do wish the pool stayed open a bit longer, however. With the impending storm, the waves were too rough for swimming. I would go there again. It was great.

I knew before I got there that the view wasn't going to be good, so I was okay with that. I just went out to the beach to see the beautiful view!The room was clean and decorated nicely. I loved the bed linens and covers. They were so cute and cozy. Bed was comfortable too. I didn't use the pool this time. It was disappointing that the wooden walkways to the beach were closed, except the one near building 1. It is probably closed now or will be with the coming weather. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time. I had a wonderful time even though my husband couldn't make it. Weather was awesome and the ocean just keeps on being awesome!
