We had a great time with many things to do at the St Regis! Great access to the beach and we loved the pool, arcade, ice cream shop and restaurant all on site!

Wonderful location

Thank you, we so enjoyed our stay in your gorgeous 2 bedroom condo, both bedrooms have sliding glass doors onto a balcony that overlooks over the pool and ocean, so peaceful going to sleep with the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore.

Amazing stay

I’ve been visiting Topsail Island since 2013 and always stay at St. Regis. I must admit this stay was one of the best. Super clean apartment and Betsy was on top of everything. Thank you Betsy we had such an awesome stay.

The condo was great! The beach access however was blocked off since the stairs to the ocean were “washed away”. The ocean was coming up Andover the stairs. This was disappointing as we we in north topsail beach just in august (a little bit more south) and had no issues getting to the beach

Family fun!

Had such a great stay at Betsy’s condo! It was cozy and had everything we need for a beach weekend with our two kids. With a pool, tasty restaurant and ice cream shop, all within walking distance to a beautiful beach - what else could you want?

Just what we needed

Can't beat a beach sunrise, sunset. Unit was comfortable. Management Co was very responsive and helpful. Check in and out was easy. Good location.

Great vacation

The condo has recently been updated and it is beautiful. The view of the ocean and pool was the best! Each bedroom has access to the balcony which was great. The unit was very clean ( and we are picky). The unit was equipped with get-started supplies which helped. Great vacation!!

Stay at St Regis

We loved our stay. Was the perfect place for our family to play in the ocean and the pool provided an excellent way to have fun and shaded from the hot sun. Icing on the cake was the fireworks display on Sunday night. So beautiful over the ocean and what a great view we had from our balcony. The only negative was the water pressure in kitchen sink and showers, but to be understood because of all the people staying and the size of resort. We will be back for sure!

Family vacation

This is our first visit to North topsail in over 12 years and it exceeded all expectations! We all gave it a 10 out of 10. “Beaches be crazy” was super nice and had almost everything we needed. The only thing missing was an iron lol. Being right on the beach and the pool steps from our door was amazing especially with two kids. The little snack shack was great for extra treats and the pool bar was great for mom and dad!

3 night visit

Easy to book and enter property. Unit was overall small and not updated. Needed to actually enter bedrooms to turn on lights Over toilet rack in master was not sturdy. My cousins unit on the first floor was also a 2 bedroom and very nice appearance But overall the unit served its purpose for a quick visit with family and will definitely book thru vrbo again!!

Updated Oceanfront Condo

This condo is the nicest one we have rented at St. Regis Resort, North Topsail Beach. The furniture is contemporary, the kitchen has been updated as well as the baths. Its all quite tasteful. Ample towels, linens and starter needs in kitchen and baths. Property manager is responsive and anticipates needs. Only minor drawback is a too soft mattress in master bedroom. We slept in smaller bedroom as we have done in other units with the same problem. We highly recommend this property and are likely to return there.

Amazing Family Get away

We loved the condo. Everything was clean & comfortable. It was exactly like the pictures & as it was listed in the email. Only 2 things - 1 was each person was allotted 1 towel & 1 rag… bring more or wash frequently. 2- the “security guard“ at the entrance stopped us on day 7 of an 8 day trip & fussed about not having a parking sticker! I said we leave in the morning… 🙄 I guess you should make sure you get a parking pass! Otherwise it was a wonderful trip!

Amazing Time at Beaches Be Crazy!!

I booked this condo for me, my boyfriend and some of his family. It is very comfy and clean! The complex is quiet inside. You can't hear others unless you go outside or on the balcony. The view is fantastic! We took many pictures. I may have missed it, but I didn't see anything in the description about the resort having chairs and umbrellas for the beach, but everyday George's Beach Service had them setup. You do need to get there early in order to claim what you need as they fill up fast. The ocean was very giving and provided us with plenty of treasures to find as we walked the beach. It was absolutely beautiful. The pool, the Ocean View Restaurant and the Pirate Pub were very convenient amenities. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly. Betsy was very helpful and made sure we had all the information for a great stay! I will definitely be coming back for another relaxing vacation!

Newly-Renovated Condo with a Great View

Overall, this property was just what we needed for a short girls' trip away. The two-bedroom/bathroom situation was perfect for accommodation needs. As others have stated, the resort is a bit dated, but this condo is very tastefully renovated. Beach themes are present in the decor, but your eyes are not accosted by shells and cheesy Hobby Lobby signs when you walk in (very nice in comparison to other beach condos). Beach access was easy, and we could see the ocean from the balcony - yay! Fair warning: the resort elevator is not super reliable, so expect to get your steps in on the stairs. Two items that weren't as expected: (1) there was not a coffee maker as the description stated, only a Keurig, (2) there was only one hair dryer in the guest bathroom; the master did not have one. While the property owner was responsive, I got the impression that she did not have local help, which would have been nice to solve the no-coffee-maker issue.

Thank you so much for your stay. As the property manager I simply stated that there was not a good place locally to buy a good coffee maker. We live in a small beach town. I have plenty of help. I am also sorry that you felt the need to call out the “cheesy” effort that the owner put into this fully remodeled condo. I hope that other renters will read our great reviews here, as well as on our direct site.
