- Please be respectful of the neighbors. The courtyard is a shared space, however furniture located immediately outside of each unit is private property. You are welcome to use the chairs located outside the front door of the apartment.

- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1,000.

- Pets allowed with permission and reservation. The pet fee is $250 per reservation. Please add pets to the reservation under the `Add guests` tab in the search bar. We kindly ask that pets not be left unattended for extended periods. Pets that cause noise disturbances or generate neighbor complaints may result in termination of the reservation. Kindly clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the dedicated trash room in the southeast corner of the courtyard.
