This home is conveniently located on a quiet street in Syracuse NY. We are just a few miles from the thruway, 81, downtown, all the hospitals, the airport, Destiny USA, Landmark theater, NBT stadium, the Dome, the Regional transportation center, regional market, many local restaurants, shopping, entertainment, parks, museums, and so much more. Within a short drive, you can enjoy great local breweries, a concert at the Amphitheater, many beautiful & serene Lakes, several captivating waterfalls, endless wine trails around the Finger Lakes, ski slopes at Song & Labrador Mountain, ice skating in downtown Clinton Square, spending a day apple picking at the beautiful & scenic Beak N Skiff, while also enjoying some hard cider at the 1911 tasting room, listening to some great local musicians, and so much more. Because Syracuse has 4 beautiful seasons, & all this region has to offer, you’ll have a hard time choosing what to do first. We do hope you feel right at home while away from home in our 2-bedroom kozy apartment. Primary king suite:

This was my first time using Vrbo, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. Without question, this is the most comfortable and thoughtfully prepared stay I’ve ever experienced. Every detail was intentional—from truly comfortable furniture to incredibly cozy beds and pillows that made for excellent sleep.Sue and Pat are exceptional hosts—warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They checked in to ensure everything was perfect while still giving complete privacy. Staying here over Christmas with my dogs made it even more special; the home was beautifully decorated—elegant yet cozy and festive, truly feeling like home.The backyard was perfect for the dogs to relax off-leash (note the driveway is not fenced). This is a standout property with top-tier hosts. I would return without hesitation and recommend it without reservation.

This upper, beautifully updated and comfortably furnished, was a perfect overnight stay for us. I would have loved to spend more time there, but we were on our way across the state. The host is lovely and easiy accessible. I was impressed with the off street parking, the cleanliess, and the comfortable bed. I had the best sleep there.

Beautiful home away from home. Looks exactly like the pictures. Comfortable.. inviting..clean.. and spacious.. Hosts are so very thoughtful, and think of every detail. They even left toys out for my littles to play with during our stay... Such a sweet surprise. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware. Beds have linens and are very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and Convenient to just about everything. This is a peaceful and clean place to rest when visiting town.

A much needed respite

This amazing little gem is the perfect place to recharge. The owners were incredibly gracious and kind. Their lovely home was perfect for us. It was exactly what we needed and I highly recommend this wonderful place. The owner has taken so much care to make her guests feel like they are welcome. This place is terrific.

Cute place, well stocked!

The interior was festively decorated for day of the dead, it was so cute and inviting. Also, the pantry was well stocked with snacks, coffee, and drinks. Sue is a great host and answered all questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home in Quiet Neighborhood

The hosts for this property are so kind and attentive! We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything! The home is beautiful and very clean. So welcoming and beautifully decorated for the Memorial Day and 4th of July holidays. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook meals and even comes with spices, coffee, extra snacks, drinks and many other amenities! We felt very spoiled.We really enjoyed our stay and will be in touch with Sue if we are even visiting Syracuse again!

Comfortable Clean Considerate Cozy

Weekend in Syracuse

The home was perfect for what we needed. We visited our son and his fiance’ for the weekend. The home had two nice bedrooms for the three of us. We even took our puppy. Sue had everything there we needed. Milk, water, coffee, all dishes, snacks and surprise treats. The house was nicely decorated. Sue answered all the questions we had.we were very pleased and will consider staying there again. Thank you Sue.

Short drive to Lakeview Amphitheater

Thanks to Sue, we had an enjoyable stay at this home in Syracuse. It is convenient to the highway, Destiny Mall and Lakeview Amphitheater. The property is spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Sue even made sure that we parked on the correct side of the road-avoiding a possible ticket. Next time, we hope to have an opportunity to stay longer. Thanks Sue!

The place to stay

Our host Sue is very attentive, polite, and easy to communicate with. This home is located in a nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We enjoyed walking our dog through this friendly neighborhood. This home is nicely decorated and very clean. The covered porch is a nice addition that we enjoyed.This home had every accommodation we ask for and more. Beds were comfy and the linens are good quality. Great kitchen with nice appliances. This home is newly renovated and well taken care of. Plenty of street parking with alternate side rules. We will stay here again if we visit Syracuse again in the future.

Kozy on Kenwood was much better than the pictures conveyed. It is an older house that has been beautifully updated. There is a lot of interest decorative pieces throughout. It was very clean and the ac (a window unit) was left on for our arrival. For the cost per night, two bedrooms in this home-away-from-home is great. It is very well equiped with appliances although we were there for only 1 night and didn't cook. Kozy makes it sound like a small space which it is not. The open floor plan drawing room, dining room and kitchen is perfect for a group of 4 people. The kitchen is large. Everything was provided for us. There were welcome snacks, Almond milk and packets of oats, and patoto chips, liquers (we aren't drinkers) and more. There was plenty toiletries, and the towels were good quality, brand new. No wash clothes are provided so if you need one, bring it with you. The arrival instructions was easy to follow, and I received communications from the owner as needed. The parking regulations on a side of the street was important and the owner gave instructions on that. In terms of location, we wanted to be by Destiny Mall (shopping for winter clothes for college) and it was 7- 10 minutes drive away. I highly recommend Kozy on Kenwood and I will be staying there again if I need to be in the area again.

My husband Pat & myself have been married for over 21 years, we have 3 adult children, 3 grandsons, 4 grand pups, 1 grand kitty & 2 furry senior dogs of our own. We have multiple properties, have been landlords for over 21 years & have some great tenants that have been with us for several years.
Apx 3 years ago we began renting fully furnished, properties to traveling nurses and professionals & we’ve really enjoyed it.
In Aug 2024 we began airbnb & so far it has been incredibly successful.
We are brand new to VRBO and excited to begin this new adventure with expanding the level of comfort we want to bring our guests.

This 2 family house is conveniently located minutes from the airport, less than 2 miles from the thruway & interstate, downtown Syracuse, Hospitals, Syracuse University, restaurant, shopping centers, entertainment and so much more.
This home is located in a nice & quiet neighborhood and street.
We purchased Kenwood apx 7 years ago but we had unforeseen circumstances arise that had us adding an 800 square foot addition onto our home that would allow my sister to have the 24/7 nursing staff she needed while on a ventilator.
We fully gutted this 2 family house but we delayed the renovations we had planned for.
Apx 2021 my husband completely renovated the home, salvaging most of the original woodwork from both of the units to keep the original charm.
Our youngest daughter not only chose the paint colors but she also did the painting.
My husband did all of the work, refinished the original hardwood floors and I did the decorating. I love the modern look yet I am absolutely obsessed with antique furniture & things.
I combined both worlds & valĂ­a, this eclectic look was born. I am far from being any sort of interior designer, I just choose things I love or whatever speaks to me.
