Less than a mile to downtown, Branford Green, beaches, downtown restaurants, Stoney Creek and Thimble Island Breweries. Near event venues - The Owenego and Pine Orchard club. The home is comfortable
the basement, which is not completely finished
was loaded w spider webs which was a concern..the washer and dryer were there
we paid for 11 nights and were out of common supplies after 3.. owner told us they only supply for a long weekend..would have liked that to have known that prior to renting..we had to shop for supplies..beds were very comfortable, tv selection was great..location was great..but on a busy street so getting to sleep took a minute! Kitchen was well equipped..communication w host was great..

This home is from the 1940s with original hardwood floors. Rooms on main floor are spacious, kitchen updated. One full bath, good shower. Beds very comfortable. Back yard large and private. Two drawbacks were 1/2 bath upstairs, and laundry in basement. As seniors, didn’t use either because of stairs. The driveway opens on to Montowese, which is a busy street. Overall we enjoyed the home and were very comfortable.

Great location on the CT shoreline! This is our 2nd time staying at this lovely home. It is very well appointed and has everything you need to make it your "home away from home". This time our daughter and granddaughter stayed with us - there is a crib and highchair and even some toys. The backyard is fenced in and we enjoyed some wonderful early Fall weather relaxing outdoors and eating Al Fresco while the baby had a safe place to roam and play. Perfect arrangement!

Connecticut family visit

Cute cottage close to town, main highways and beach. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Directly on a main road for good access although relatively quiet most of the day. Sleeps five in two bedrooms. Owner very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Charming, well-equipped Indian Neck cottage

Cottage has two lovely bedrooms with full bath, very clean and well-equipped kitchen, nice dining and living rooms all on first floor.

Perfect House for Vacation

My sister and I enjoyed our time in Connecticut. This house provided a comfortable place for our trip. The hosts were very friendly and great at communicating. I will stay here again if in the area. Thanks for providing an awesome home.

NE family

Annual "trek" to New England for family and friends. This is the best location yet. Close enough to everyone. Great little town. Plenty to do and plenty of good seafood and beer. House was very easy to live in for a week. Very comfortable, neat, and clean.

Vacation home near beach and Branford town center

We loved our stay at this cute house. It was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It is conveniently located near both the beach and town center with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The host was very communicative and accommodating. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Coming home

This was a perfect location for us to visit and celebrate a family event. The house was very comfortable, neat, and well cared for. All our needs were satisfied. It was fun to be near many of our old memories. We would recommend this location as a nice place to stay for your Connecticut trip.

Great place to stay in Branford

We highly recommend Kris and Dan's house in Branford as a great place to stay in Branford - it has been the perfect base for us visiting friends in the area. The house is clean, the beds very comfortable and the kitchen is superbly stocked with everything you could need. We'll certainly be back!

Quaint town of Branford

A little gem in the quaint town of Branford. Visiting for my cousins weekend we had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home. Perfect location to tour the beautiful beaches, Main Street and the great area restaurants. Clean warm and friendly our stay felt like we were right at home. We will definitely come back for a visit!

Great house!

My brother and I stayed at this lovely Branford house while visiting family. The home was immaculate when we arrived and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked (and had coffee!), and there were plenty of towels. The home has a lovely yard with two seating areas. While we didn't have any kids on our trip, I think this would be a great place for kids because there's a highchair, booster seat, and pack and play (and the yard is fenced). I would highly recommend this home!
