Less than a mile to Branford Green, beaches, downtown restaurants, Near event venues - The Owenego and Pine Orchard club. Close to New Haven and Mystic Seaport and Aquarium.

We had a great stay. The house was welcoming, cozy and looked exactly like the photos. Everything we needed to know was outlined in a book left on the table. Communication with Dan was prompt and courteous. Everything we needed for the kitchen, bathroom and even a snow shovel and ice melt were available. It really was a great spot.

Our stay was very nice. The house was the perfect size for my 2 kids and I during our visit to CT. It was close enough to stores that it wasn’t difficult to obtain groceries while being far enough out of the way that we didn’t feel like we were in the city. You could see the beach from the porch and it was lovely. Dan and Kristine were exceptionally responsive. Would absolutely recommend this property or stay there again.

Cute house in a great location

My husband and I were in Branford for a wedding and stayed at Dan’s house. The location was great, close to the wedding venue and the water. The house was clean and perfect for a couple or family.

The house was perfect for our family. There were 3 adults and one child. We loved the furnishings and the kitchen. The house was stocked well with cookware, tea, oils, and spices. The only downside is you can't walk to the beach but there are beaches very close by.

Perfect New England Trip

We had a wonderful stay in this home. The location was perfect. Close to restaurants, the water, a park, and downtown. The house was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. It was a perfectly relaxing stay, we were sad to leave!

Adorable house!

This place is terrific! Everything I needed was there—and then some more! Great location with the beach a block away; Lenny’s restaurant (the best seafood!) a 2-minute walk. Branford is a cute shoreline town, on I 95, so access to other sites is so convenient.

Plenty of space. Great kitchen with newer appliances. Great location, just a few houses from the water. Communication from the owner was appreciated. We had everything we needed.

Family Reunion

As a suggestion, for two seniors, a bar in upstairs shower would have been very helpful. Also second floor bathroom door had no lock and would not stay closed. But enjoyed first floor amenities very much. Loved location.

Great rental!

This is an exceptional rental. It is as advertised. The house was spotless, and the kitchen was very well equipped. It’s rare to have full sets of flatware and plates/bowls/mugs. It’s close to a great seafood place (Lenny’s), and only a few houses away from the water. Be careful backing out of the driveway, because people speed around that corner by the water.

I absolutely loved this house. I cannot wait to stay here again. The location was perfect. Loved the furnishings and updated kitchen. We were also pleasantly surprised that the single bed was in its own room.
