Stunning!! This elegant fully-furnished Villa 4-I in Poipu's newest condo development Pili Mai, is situated in an ideal location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, beaches, and Kiahuna Golf Course. This villa is located on the 2nd level with 9' ceilings and lots of natural light. Complete with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a private entry lanai. The unit also includes a separate 231 sq ft deeded garage and another assigned parking stall. The Pili Mai recreation area includes a large swimming pool, children's pool, spa and a central air conditioned fitness center. Outdoor BBQ grills and dining tables are also available around the property to enjoy.

This hotel (condo) is actually better in person. It was very enjoyable. It would’ve been even better with an ocean view, but it was still just as beautiful without.. all of the staff were so amazing and we are grateful for all of them!

The property is gorgeous, well maintained, and has everything you can think of. Beach supplies were in abundance. Stay Kauai is by far the best rental company I've worked with, and I will definitely checkout other properties for future vacations.

Such a wonderful stay. The condo was roomy and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. It’s quiet but still close enough to all you want. I would definitely stay here again!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After spending a week at the Grand Hyatt, we decided to spend 9 additional days on Kauai's south shore so our 8 year old could continue to enjoy the summer waves. This condo was great as it is spacious and clean. All beds are comfortable. The kitchen has all you need to make meals for your family. The ocean near Kiahuna Beach is viewable from the main room of the condo and the lanai. We did not make use of the pool area as we were too busy exploring the island but we did walk through it and it is nice. There's also a well-equipped gym on the second story of the pool house which opens at 6am. We would be happy to stay here in the future. Communication with Lisa, the property manager, was excellent before and during the stay. We will definitely contact her when planning our upcoming 4th trip to Kauai!
