Please note that the resort is located in a privileged setting surrounded by lush nature, so the internet connection may be intermittent during your stay. There is also no internet connection in common areas.

PARKING
You will have two parking lots in the building available during your stay.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Punta Mita to have a good time, but out of respect to the other travelers, this condo has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
