Good property and location

Property is located in good neighborhood, 10-15 mins drive to beach. During the stay found roaches around the house and communicating with property local point of contact initially.

We stayed in the house 1 week earlier there were no Roaches or any other bugs, as a matter of fact we have an exterminator once a month in order that the home is clean of any bugs. It’s possible the guests brought the roaches with them in their luggage. This wouldn’t surprise me one bit.

Amazing Space

This property is just as described. We loved how the home was so spacious. The pool was perfect, never cold, just the right temperature even when it got a bit cool in the evenings. Communication was a breeze with management. We definitely will look for this property when we’re back next year!

Beautiful Home!

Pictures on website are accurate! Beautiful house! Couldn’t ask for more! Pool was clean, hot tub was HOT! Very clean house and property. Plenty of propane for the grill, plenty mugs, plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans! Gated community, did not have any problems with the neighbors, very friendly. I would definitely recommend this home. Everything is just a few miles away. Will definitely stay here again!

July 2024 Trip

The house is very new and clean appears to be strictly for rental purposes so no clutter but not many supplies. 6 Beds and 3 full baths. The only issue we had is there is no parking in the street allowed and we had 4 vehicles so 2 had to go in the garage and 2 in the driveway. I would defiantly rent again when in the area.

We waiting two hours outside for the code to the property to get into the house no one ever responded vrbo put us in a hotel for the day and they didn’t respond to the many messages or calls we left regarding the code until the next day at 1 pm saying its because he’s out of town on vacation

Mini 2024 Fam Vacay!

The house is beautiful, cozy, comfortable and overall very enjoyable! We all enjoyed the pool very much. 3 full size bathrooms and lots of towels is awesome when there’s 12 people in your party! The house had almost everything you could need, but we had to get a few items from the store. I recommend a cleaning tool for the grill, a potato masher, shears, and toilet paper. It’s so nice the homeowner provides some toiletries and cleaning products, but I personally like to take my own detergent and fabric softener. I wish we had more time to stay because the area is beautiful and the house alone offers relaxation and fun! I did have to call to get the door code, but other than that I highly recommend this home!
