The house and pool/spa are excellent. The dishwasher was broken when we arrived and with 9 people it made it difficult. The house is spacious on a quiet neighborhood. We had a great time.

Beautiful place and quiet neighborhood!

The place looked just like the pictures, the pool and hot tub were amazing, just look out for crabs before jumping in. We found a few in the pool and had to get them out, but other than that no issues. Definitely recommend this place if you have little ones, the neighborhood was calm quiet. It was gated and had it own security.

Nice family getaway

The home was beautiful,nice size pool. The neighborhood is quite and beautiful. Our family enjoyed our stay. The only thing we would change is the pool cleaning. The pool was a little dirty and had dead crabs but overall this home is a nice getaway for a family to enjoy.

The house was amazing, it was exactly what the listing said it was. It had all the accommodations we needed and more. The location was great and close to everything we needed. For a family of 8, the house was very spacious for us all. I would highly recommend this house and would stay again.

Great Family Home

We had a bit of a rocky start, but the host was excellent and very responsive and took care of us. The place looks exactly like the photos, the pool was great and the hot tub was awesome after a long day on the island. Just a short drive to everything that you may need, SPI is also a short drive as well. With plenty of amenities and extras, our family enjoyed the stay, looking forward to returning soon.

Beautiful house in quiet neighborhood

The house and neighborhood is great and super quiet. If you want to get away from the island craziness, but not be too far away, it’s ideal. Traffic getting to and from the island can be a pain, so just know that you need to make a day trip of it if you’re going down to S Padre. We had a couple of little needs/suggestions and great communication with the property manager that took care of everything right away.

Pics of this place do it no justice! It was so clean and well kept, it was like home away from home. They had everything we needed and more. The convenience of this home was great and omg the pool was perfect! It was ready for us to jump in and the home is just so spacious and cozy. It fit my big family perfectly, but just a warning, NOBODY wanted to get out of bed because all of them were so comfy!! Check in and out were simple and super convenient and we felt so welcomed. Kids are already bugging to go back and we honestly can’t wait!

Mini vacation

The house was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home. New sheets and new blankets were provided which was a plus for us. Kids enjoyed the pool time. Steve was in communication with us as needed, thank you for that. The only thing we had issue was with dumping of our trash and the pool not being ready for us when we arrived. But Steve did send someone to take care of it the next day and was ready for us to use the same day. The area outside the pool (porch area) was not cleaned but we just managed it, would have helped not bringing the dirt inside the house. The location is on the main land so be prepared to drive to the island in traffic if it’s a long weekend or during busy times. We would highly recommend this wonderful house.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the South Padre Island Luxury 4-Bedroom Home with Private Pool and Hot Tub from Tuesday, January 13th through Tuesday, January 20th. From start to finish, the experience exceeded our expectations.The home is spacious, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. Each bedroom was comfortable and well-appointed, and the overall layout gave everyone plenty of room to spread out while still feeling connected.The private pool and hot tub were definite highlights of our stay. Whether enjoying a peaceful morning soak or unwinding in the evenings, they added a true luxury touch that made the trip feel extra special. The outdoor space was clean, private, and ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.The location was excellent—close to everything South Padre Island has to offer, yet quiet enough to feel like a true retreat. Everything we needed was easily accessible, and the home itself was fully stocked with essentials, making our stay smooth and stress-free.Overall, this property was the perfect combination of comfort, luxury, and convenience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality South Padre Island getaway. We would gladly return!
