Enjoy all that Arlington and DC have to offer from this sunny, second-floor 2-bedroom unit! It is perched at the top of a hill in a quiet North Arlington residential neighborhood. It has many recent upgrades and a dedicated off-street parking spot. Take in the view of the Washington Monument on your short walk to public transportation, area restaurants, and amenities. With its comfort and convenience this apartment is the perfect base for exploring the nation’s Capital!

The space
This is the second (and top) floor of a stacked duplex. There are three steps to enter the building, then one flight of 13 stairs to reach the entry.

The unit is approximately 900 sqft and has hardwood floors throughout, except for the kitchen and bathroom floors which are tile.

Excellent Place to Stay

We were thrilled to stay at this wonderful little spot in Arlington! It’s super close driving distance to everything in the DC area and the apartment was perfect for my family of 4. And there are a number of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. If we were to return to DC on vacation we would definitely stay here again!

Great home base for spring break trip

Steve is a great host who communicated quickly and was helpful with various suggestions. The location was great- quiet and out of the craziness of a big city, but also just a 15-25 minute drive to the sites we wanted to visit. This worked well for our family of 5 with younger kids and we would stay again.

Zen Stay

When you first drive up, the red brick and wild flowers just say, come and enjoy. We used the apartment as a home base to explore the area. It really felt like home when we returned each night from hiking and sight seeing. Relaxing!

A good Thanksgiving

We came from out-of-state to be with local family. The dining table sat 8 for a beautiful holiday meal. Everything else about the unit was perfect. We will stay here again.

Lovely place

The apartment was very cute and very clean. It had everything thing I needed if I brought nothing with me but clothes. The check in process with and communication with the host was painless. I highly recommend.

A Comfortable Stay

We were happy to find Steven's listing as an alternative to a week long stay at a hotel. We were three adults in the same family staying and I didn't look forward to the cramped conditions in a double bed hotel room for a whole week. Steven's apartment was very comfortable, clean and delightful. The neighbourhood is safe, quiet and a close drive to all the sights and neighbourhoods we went to see. We needed more rest this trip and felt very much at home in the evenings after our active days. We had wonderful towels, comfortable beds in separate rooms and a considerate, caring host who made sure we had all our needs and offered us good suggestions. We hope to have a return stay next year!

Excelente Unterkunft

Wir sind seit sieben Jahren öfters im Jahr im Raum Washington DC und dies war eine der besten UnterkĂŒnfte die wir jemals hatten. Die Ausstattung und Lage war perfekt und die Kommunikation mit Steve war stets hervorragend. Wir können die Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen.
