Less than half a mile away from Mexico Beach find The Emerald Cottage! Truly a dream, this coastal home is completely updated and grants guests shared pool access. Here, fun in the sun is inevitable and the memories are drenched in sunshine. When guests aren't swimming in the cool turquoise waters of the pool, they can head for the Cape San Blas Lighthouse, Mexico Beach Sunset Park, or take a fishing charter.

Inside, cozy comforts and modern amenities blend together perfectly. The sun-filled living room boasts soft seating, tasteful decorations, and a large TV. The galley-style kitchen comes well-prepared for culinary ventures with its stainless steel appliances and plentiful meal prep space. Guests will enjoy dining with their loved ones at the quaint dining table, or alfresco on the patio.

Both bedrooms feature plush linens, inviting color palettes, and private TVs. A private washer/dryer, board games, central air-conditioning, dog bowls, a leash, and bags in the closet round out the home's stellar interior perks!

Outside, evenings can be spent barbecuing around the grill. An outdoor shower is also available in this space - perfect for sandy toes.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s).

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
