Surfside Oceanfront Condo— Luxury Unit / Top Floor

Escape to this fully renovated, luxury two bedroom condo in the popular oceanfront Surfside Condo Complex. Enjoy the stunning peak-a-boo views of the ocean and the Mexico Beach community from the top floor balcony! There are no busy roads to cross, as this condo is directly on the beach!

This two bedroom, two full-bath unit, was just recently updated with new furnishings. A king bed in the master, a twin-over-full bunk in the second bedroom, and a sleep sofa provide ample sleeping arrangements for five comfortably, but more if children. The fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, with a pantry for groceries. A stackable washer and dryer are located within the unit for your convenience. All new Roku TVs provide the option of cable, but also allow login capabilities to keep up with all your favorite shows.

It is located within walking distance to Mango Marley’s, Shell Shack, and the Mexico Beach Marina. The wide beach is just downstairs and allows for a well-deserved break from all the hustle and bustle, however Panama City is about 45 mins away. Port St. Joe is about 15 minutes away, and Callaway is about 20 minutes, making the location accessible to all you would need.

A small seasonal dip pool is also located right on the beach and is a perfect place to splash with young children. Covered parking is also available under the condo complex.

This unit is a non-smoking, not pet friendly unit.

Minimum age to rent is 25.

This unit is on the top floor and is accessible via stairs or elevator.
** Elevator is currently down and expected to be down until approximately March 25, 2026. The unit is on the third floor. Please do not book prior to 3/25/2026 unless you are comfortable taking stairs. ***
A signed rental agreement is required to confirm booking. Please review this agreement before booking.

Please remember that Mexico Beach is still rebuilding after Hurricane Michael and local construction is continuing throughout the area.

The vrbo itself was pretty clean. There were a few hairs on the table but other than that it was clean. We were disappointed though because we were not able to use the onsite pool advertised in the listing, due to it being closed down by the health department. The owner did not disclose this to us until I asked them about it being close. We did have to spend money and to then go to an open pool. The beach view was great, although the weather was not the best while we stayed, very hazy most days.

Excellent stay! Need to add spoons to your silverware. Refrigerator smelled like fish. We added two boxes of baking soda which helped.

The unit was very clean and the furnishings were very nice and comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you needed. Close to the beautiful beach and a short drive to Port St. Joe with restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed surf fishing and laying on the beach. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to all our questions. Will definitely come back agian!

It was perfect for me, my husband, and 2 kids. The kitchen was stocked great. Loved the proximity to the beach. The beds were comfy! The pool was tiny but my 8 year old thought it was perfect for just him. It was a WIN WIN for us!

First Time at Mexico Beach

Took my family to celebrate my daughter’s HS graduation. Wife, 14 yo son, 20 yo daughter and the graduate, 17 yo daughter. It’s tight. This would be better for those with younger kids but we wanted to be close to the beach and were ok being on top of each other. Felt cozy though. Very clean and awesome water pressure in the shower. Pool is unique. Circle with about a 5 foot diameter and 3-4 feet deep partially tucked under the units. Short walk to the beach. Elevator had a strong smell of grease but was quick and we didn’t have to wait on it very often with the small number of condos. In all it was everything we wanted and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing beach front property

Everything about this property was 5 star. The condo, location, wi-fi, furnishings, and kitchen. If you are going, stop at a Walmart of other large store before you get to Mexico Beach. Grocery shopping is minimal there. Between the outdoor pool and beach you can get your fill of sun and water. We had a great time and were not looking forward to the long drive home. We weren't and you will not be disappointed.
